Booked an appointment two days ago and had that appointment today. Prior to Appt I filled out and extensive online patient intake form. Upon arrival today i was given a tour of the facilities. First priority was not the patient - it was a sales approach. I was so tempted to tell them I am not interested in anything other than treatment. I had no interest in their extra services which included: weight loss injections, infusions, supplements, massage. I was then interviewed about my symptoms not by a Dr but by the intake receptionist and then given x-rays not by a Dr. but the same intake/receptionist person. After that I was walked back to the front desk and asked when I wanted to make an appointment. I responded this is my appointment and the response was "We do not treat on first appointment because we do not want to go in blind". Blind? Did we not just do x-rays? Do your Dr.s not have medical training? - Consider that during the tour there was no mention of this little trick of not treating their patients. The intake form I filled out online did not mention that they would not be treating me on my first visit - otherwise I would never have agreed to x-rays nor to setting an appointment. Totally deceptive business practices. I asked for my e-rays to be emailed to me but they refused. They would only provide them on a CD. Who has a CD on their computer in 2025? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS QUACK OFFICE. read more

I love how they stayed open and compliant with Covid policies. They know when it comes to chronic pain, we need to get help. I've been going here for 4 years and enjoy the little touches of juices they offer, massage chairs in the waiting room (pre covid), fresh flowers every week and even farm fresh eggs from a local farm. I just started taking their vitamins too that are made from real food! Not synthetic at all! They are just so educated in all things health and wellness and I usually come to him about things before bothering with a primary care. You'll also see their staff that runs the office are dedicated and committed to remembering you and checking in on you. Everyone should know about the magic that Dr. Lee performs. For months, I tried physical therapy to help me with my lower back pain, but it actually made it worse. Once I begin to see Dr. Lee on a routine basis my back became much better. What I wasn't expecting? To feel MUCH better with ALL parts of my body where the tension was taking place - my upper back, shoulder, neck, etc. Dr. Lee is a master of his craft and takes his time with his patients. Let me start off saying I have not been in the past a big believer in chiropractic care. I have seen chiropractor's who went through the motions cause they are getting paid by lawyers who really only care about getting their own share. This was actually my second time here, but I wanted to wait until I'd had the chance to feel things out so I could write a proper review. When I walked in the day of my first appointment, I was immediately greeted with a smile. The check-in process was fairly easy on my first visit and very easy this time. Allie gave me a tour and provided me with some information about what they do and the tests that she was conducting. Second visit, Grace explained the check-in process for my future visits, which will be a breeze. Dr. Lee then gave me a tour and I got my first adjustment. I'm not sure yet how I feel about that, but time will tell. I like that he was able to answer questions that I've had for years without me even having to ask.
