My husband & I recently worked with The Jernigan Group to sell our first family home and build/buy our second. I do not have words to express how pleased we were with their work. Megan was one of three realtors we interviewed. She recommended the highest list price for our home and then negotiated a full price offer without even having to officially list it!  With regard to the purchase of our new home, we could not have asked for a more knowledgeable or better connected realtor than Megan. We loved the neighborhood we were currently living in (Sylvan Park). Unfortunately, houses there were generally not quite large enough for our soon-to-be family of 6, so we were mentally preparing to move out of it. After showing us 15-20 houses in a variety of other neighborhoods, Megan astutely noted that we were struggling with having to leave our beloved Sylvan Park. So she found a way for us to stay! Before we knew it, we were meeting with a builder to discuss the possibility of building a custom home on a property they had under contract. All because Megan took the initiative to reach out to her connections and essentially conjure up a home out of thin air. Fast forward 9 months and we closed on a beautiful home that was designed to fit all of our needs (4 kid bedrooms, an office, separate living spaces for adults and children, etc)!  Better yet, Megan's team held my timid hand through the entire building process. They closely reviewed all documents from the builder, took copious notes at the frame, trim, & blue tape walks, came to meetings with our designer, etc. I NEVER wanted to build a house, but with Megan by my side, the process was much smoother than I had feared it would be. I cannot thank The Jernigan Group enough for helping us find/build our perfect family home!!  Additionally, as though their performance is not enough, Megan's team is detail-oriented and professional while also being kind and compassionate. We never had to wonder if/when we would hear back from The Jernigan Group about a question. Usually it was Tabitha or Megan reminding us that we were still waiting to hear from the buyers or builder about X thing, and that they had reached back out to the person of interest. After we moved, they gifted us an irreplaceable book of photographs of our old home. They have sent birthday cards to my kids, decals for pumpkin carving in the fall, and seeds to plant in the spring, and they even personally delivered gifts for national Doctors Day. Although this review is long, I fear it still does not do justice to what a wonderful group of people make up The Jernigan Group. Now that we are in our dream home, we never have to move again! But we have already referred several of our friends to Megan, and they have all had similar experiences. If you've read this entire thing and haven't contacted them already, call The Jernigan Group. Megan is the most wonderful realtor who "lives and breathes" for her clients My fiancé and I first attended the new homeowners workshop that the Jernigan Group hosted and it was super informative--highly recommend for anyone who's on the fence about buying a home! Once we started viewing homes, Megan was available day and night for any questions we had. She was great at sending homes that were within our budget and she didn't push any homes that we found that were over our budget! Megan is truly in it for her clients and not "in it for the money". I primarily worked with Holly, but the entire Jernigan group was fabulous and worked together seamlessly. Megan and her team were on top of it! We found a house on Saturday night, and Megan came out and helped us view it Sunday afternoon. We had an offer in by Monday morning and had an accepted offer by Tuesday. We were set to close in about three to four weeks, and her team helped make it a smooth process.
