If you are considering relocating to the Nashville area or planning on leaving Nashville and need…read moreto sell remotely, you cannot find a better realtor than Robby.  When we first moved to Nashville four years ago Robby was an incredible guide to the area. Despite being a peak sellers market and there being almost no inventory of houses we had an accepted offer in just two weekends of showings. We even bought for under the house's appraised value.  When we decided to leave Nashville we met with a few different realtors including Robby. Ultimately it was a pretty easy choice to use him again. His level of professionalism and his ability to leverage his own network of connections to promote listings was a clear standout from the other options. We got our first offer within a week and closed on selling our house within 5 weeks. Whenever there was an issue with the house during inspections or showings he was seemingly already in the car on the way to our house to set things right. Robby is a clear communicator and a great listener. He does a great job of arming you with all of the right information and letting you choose. I can't recommend him highly enough.

Robby toured homes for us over video calls, pointing out all the pluses and minuses that our untrained eyes wouldn't notice, from old electrical to hidden hardwood floors to how much crawl space encapsulation might cost. He had endless patience for our questions and was more than happy to revisit homes again after we thought of more questions. The best part: Robby found a house in our favorite neighborhood before it went on the market, through his connection. We'd been scouring Zillow etc. daily and inventory in our price range in East Nashville was scarce, so we were incredibly lucky he found it for us. He was very responsive and in frequent contact with the seller's agent to ensure we didn't lose out on that window of opportunity. Once we got under contract, Robby helped us navigate a somewhat unusual contract and deftly negotiated more for us. If you're looking for a realtor who's patient, responsive, experienced, and has your best interests in mind, Robby will take great care of you!

We were searching for a single family home for our daughter in East Nashville during the most difficult of real estate times. Houses went on and flew off the market before you could make an appointment. We were purchasing long distance and researched realtors over the internet. Initially, we call two of the larger local groups. We left messages that we were ready to buy, June 2020. Still waiting. We started looking at individual reviews. We were very fortunate to find Josh. He made extraordinary efforts to help us find a house in this rapidly moving market. Organizing 6:00 am showings and long distance communications, GREAT advice on bid negotiations (one could only achieve having expert knowledge of the current market), immediate purchase contract submissions, providing excellent repair and service contacts and assistance after the sale, are just the tip of the daily efforts that he made. Unfortunately, we had to sell the house a year later when our daughter changed jobs. Again, we called Josh. He provided the same if not better service than could have ever been expected. There were some difficult situations that he worked through. He guided us through the house preparation and what to do to get the best price. He staged the house beautifully. Again, we were long distance and Josh communicated with us constantly. He managed the onslaught of showings and negotiated a truly exceptional price. We could not have been more pleased!! We were VERY fortunate to have the other agencies ignore us. THANK YOU, JOSH! !!!!!! If you want great representation for a purchase or sale, Josh is the agent for the job!!!!!!

When the seller's agent we were working with was untruthful about what came with the apartment, Chris stepped in and negotiated with her on our behalf. He could've taken the brokers fee and run, but he was helpful to us even after we had signed the lease - even searching for parking in the area and checking in to see how we liked the new place. I highly recommend Chris and would work with him in the future!

Immediately after we began to work with them, they had put us on a program that would inform us of what homes were available in the areas and price ranges that we were looking for. We were able to see some of these homes before they were even posted to Zillow or Redfin. They explained every detail very clearly and answered every text message promptly. They ensured that we stayed on track every step of the way through escrow. Working with them, we were able to buy a home that we loved in less than two months. My husband and I are very satisfied with their diligence and work ethic and cannot recommend them enough as your next real estate agent (s).

I cannot say enough amazing things about my real estate agents Judith Lovingfoss and Travis Canby…read more I'm typing this review from my beautiful new condo in Sherman Oaks, CA. A home I have because of them. I was a first time home buyer who didn't know anything about the home buying process. Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home knows how complicated, confusing, and overwhelming it can be, especially when you're doing it by yourself. But Judith and Travis were there every step of the way and always had my back. Buying or selling your home is a huge life decision and it's important to trust you realtor. And these are the most trustworthy real estate agents you will ever meet. And here's why. Travis and Judith constantly go above and beyond. I was in the midst of having knee surgery when looking for my condo. They vetted showings for me, worked around my busy schedule, managed my inspection when I was on crutches, met my contractor for me when I couldn't drive, took measurements on my behalf, and even helped me physically move items the seller had left behind because I couldn't do heavy lifting after surgery. This isn't even a comprehensive list. They never rushed or pushed me beyond my comfort level, they took the time to show me all my options, run comps on the area, and allowed me to make truly informed decisions while giving me excellent advice and guidance. Their only goal was to make sure I found a home I loved and that was clear. And while buying a home while having knee surgery doesn't necessarily seem like a good idea, I needed that timing due to other variables. And the only reason I was able to do both was because of their support. Anytime I expressed a concern, mainly around buying a home while undergoing surgery, their response was "how can WE solve this," we were a team. I'm not sure any other realtor would go to such great lengths to help their client. As I mentioned, I'm typing this review looking out the giant glass doors of my new living room, staring at the tips of the San Gabriel mountains in my recently purchased condo. This site made even sweeter when I remember I paid UNDER ASK. Yup, in LA, I paid under asking price because of Judith's incredible negotiating skills. That is unheard of, especially in Los Angeles real estate. With all this evidence of their exemplary professionalism, trustworthiness, and outstanding qualifications..it bears mentioning that I am leaving out a crucial detail. When you work with Judith Lovingfoss and Travis Canby you are guaranteed to have fun. They make a typically difficult, strenuous, and complicated process an enjoyable experience. They are hilarious, high-energy, positive, and a blast to be around. It's infectious. They are not only your realtors, they are your friends. I've even hung out with them since my purchase and it won't be the last time. Yelp is not the first forum where I have recommended Travis Canby and Judith Lovingfoss. When my under-ask offer was accepted I took the news to instagram. Immediately a friend from work told me she and her husband were ready to buy a home and were looking for real estate agents they could trust, so I put them in touch. She and her husband had TWO offers for single-family SoCal homes accepted in their budget in like one week. Which is out of control how does that happen??? It seems like witchcraft sometimes. I can't explain it, but I don't care because I'm staring at the San Gabriel mountains in my new home and life is good.
