We were searching for a single family home for our daughter in East Nashville during the most difficult of real estate times. Houses went on and flew off the market before you could make an appointment. We were purchasing long distance and researched realtors over the internet. Initially, we call two of the larger local groups. We left messages that we were ready to buy, June 2020. Still waiting. We started looking at individual reviews. We were very fortunate to find Josh. He made extraordinary efforts to help us find a house in this rapidly moving market. Organizing 6:00 am showings and long distance communications, GREAT advice on bid negotiations (one could only achieve having expert knowledge of the current market), immediate purchase contract submissions, providing excellent repair and service contacts and assistance after the sale, are just the tip of the daily efforts that he made. Unfortunately, we had to sell the house a year later when our daughter changed jobs. Again, we called Josh. He provided the same if not better service than could have ever been expected. There were some difficult situations that he worked through. He guided us through the house preparation and what to do to get the best price. He staged the house beautifully. Again, we were long distance and Josh communicated with us constantly. He managed the onslaught of showings and negotiated a truly exceptional price. We could not have been more pleased!! We were VERY fortunate to have the other agencies ignore us. THANK YOU, JOSH! !!!!!! If you want great representation for a purchase or sale, Josh is the agent for the job!!!!!!

Perhaps the remainder of these reviews are from sellers :-/ I bought a house back in March and very unfortunately for me, it was a complete nightmare. The DAY of closing, after everything was signed of course, I come to find out that there was major water damage to the home that was shoddily "repaired" and was NOT on the disclosure! I spent weeks, which turned into months, having to go through the Anderson Group to contact and communicate with the Sellers. No one helped to resolve the situation, let alone provided any sort of help given the circumstance. I was very reasonable as the last thing I wanted to embark on was a lawsuit and I had hoped that all could be resolved peacefully and fairly for all parties. Instead, I was left feeling duped and tossed aside! Definitely not an experience I would wish upon anyone, and 100% not professional. Josh Anderson was "too busy" to be bothered with the gross negligence. Needless to say, I am not impressed nor would I recommend working with this firm after this experience.

Immediately after we began to work with them, they had put us on a program that would inform us of what homes were available in the areas and price ranges that we were looking for. We were able to see some of these homes before they were even posted to Zillow or Redfin. They explained every detail very clearly and answered every text message promptly. They ensured that we stayed on track every step of the way through escrow. Working with them, we were able to buy a home that we loved in less than two months. My husband and I are very satisfied with their diligence and work ethic and cannot recommend them enough as your next real estate agent (s).

I cannot say enough amazing things about my real estate agents Judith Lovingfoss and Travis Canby…read more I'm typing this review from my beautiful new condo in Sherman Oaks, CA. A home I have because of them. I was a first time home buyer who didn't know anything about the home buying process. Anyone who has ever bought or sold a home knows how complicated, confusing, and overwhelming it can be, especially when you're doing it by yourself. But Judith and Travis were there every step of the way and always had my back. Buying or selling your home is a huge life decision and it's important to trust you realtor. And these are the most trustworthy real estate agents you will ever meet. And here's why. Travis and Judith constantly go above and beyond. I was in the midst of having knee surgery when looking for my condo. They vetted showings for me, worked around my busy schedule, managed my inspection when I was on crutches, met my contractor for me when I couldn't drive, took measurements on my behalf, and even helped me physically move items the seller had left behind because I couldn't do heavy lifting after surgery. This isn't even a comprehensive list. They never rushed or pushed me beyond my comfort level, they took the time to show me all my options, run comps on the area, and allowed me to make truly informed decisions while giving me excellent advice and guidance. Their only goal was to make sure I found a home I loved and that was clear. And while buying a home while having knee surgery doesn't necessarily seem like a good idea, I needed that timing due to other variables. And the only reason I was able to do both was because of their support. Anytime I expressed a concern, mainly around buying a home while undergoing surgery, their response was "how can WE solve this," we were a team. I'm not sure any other realtor would go to such great lengths to help their client. As I mentioned, I'm typing this review looking out the giant glass doors of my new living room, staring at the tips of the San Gabriel mountains in my recently purchased condo. This site made even sweeter when I remember I paid UNDER ASK. Yup, in LA, I paid under asking price because of Judith's incredible negotiating skills. That is unheard of, especially in Los Angeles real estate. With all this evidence of their exemplary professionalism, trustworthiness, and outstanding qualifications..it bears mentioning that I am leaving out a crucial detail. When you work with Judith Lovingfoss and Travis Canby you are guaranteed to have fun. They make a typically difficult, strenuous, and complicated process an enjoyable experience. They are hilarious, high-energy, positive, and a blast to be around. It's infectious. They are not only your realtors, they are your friends. I've even hung out with them since my purchase and it won't be the last time. Yelp is not the first forum where I have recommended Travis Canby and Judith Lovingfoss. When my under-ask offer was accepted I took the news to instagram. Immediately a friend from work told me she and her husband were ready to buy a home and were looking for real estate agents they could trust, so I put them in touch. She and her husband had TWO offers for single-family SoCal homes accepted in their budget in like one week. Which is out of control how does that happen??? It seems like witchcraft sometimes. I can't explain it, but I don't care because I'm staring at the San Gabriel mountains in my new home and life is good.
