The education is fine, but not 20,000+ dollars a year fine. Some teachers are fine, and others are just constantly angry and yelling at students for no particular reason. Gym program is incredibly taxing. AI has also been widely used in this school, even after the incident, and it's being promoted. Students are encouraged to use Chatgpt, and teachers use it as well. Also, AI images are frequently used in the posters around the school. It's fine if you really need your kid into a college, but not if you don't want your child to have a crazy workload and 2+ hours of homework daily. My depression went from moderate to severe after just a week at this school.

Every time I came to her with a concern or issue, her immediate go to excuse is something along the lines of "I have faced this issue with my kids too" or "I have come out of it fine or Welcome to parenthood". Even in cases where an apology would suffices, nothing comes out of her! My child has attended this Kindercare over a year with many such instances, I am finally calling it quits. The only reason we have stayed for as long as we did is due to the number of friends my child has made and some of the teachers. A daycare should be a place where you get peace of mind that your child is in the best hands possible. I can honestly say that I have had more days where I felt tense than calm leaving my child there. I have cried because of the stress of putting my child in this daycare because I felt as though I had no control! I'm not going to go as far and say that my child was in danger but shouldn't peace of mind be the ultimate benchmark for a good daycare?

We've been part of this daycare community since their very first day open and I can't say enough…read morewonderful things about our experience having our daughter there daily. She's now 2 years old and absolutely loves going to school every day. From the minute we walk through the door, she's excited to see her teachers and friends, which says everything to me as a parent. The teachers, owners, and the rest of the staff are incredible--truly caring, attentive, and always going above and beyond to support her growth and happiness. She has learned so much during her time here, from social skills to early learning milestones, and it's been amazing to watch her confidence and curiosity grow. She's built friendships, and the parent community has been just as kind and welcoming. We've always felt supported and connected, and the environment is both nurturing and fun. From open house events to spirit weeks with different themes every day to toddler parades and "trunk or treats" - there have been so many fun activities for the kids and parents. I'm so grateful to have found a place that feels like a second home for her. If you're looking for a daycare where your child is safe, loved, given opportunities to learn, and treated like family, this is it. The ability to check in on your little one throughout the day via cameras is such a perk! We love the daily pictures and reports. The curriculum is extremely interactive and full of learning! All of the staff is friendly and helpful. From the administrative staff to the teachers, to the cleaning staff. The center is extremely clean and well run. Our son enjoys the playgrounds and the bikes! We are so thankful to have picked Kiddie Academy!" My update on 07/2026 is as follows: While effortless enrollment still remains true. I have learned the following over the last 9 months. Camera access is limited to only 30 minutes. Which at first I didn't mind, but then I did. I have since moved him to a center that has all day access. Which I appreciate. Especially if they are working on an activity or something, it's very nice to be able to watch! The daily pictures/reports and friendly and helpful staff, ended up being 4 people. James, Caroline, Sicily and Amina. They were all teachers for my son. Anyone outside of that, I don't have much to say. I have witnessed "teachers" wearing skirts so short, you could see their underwear when walking behind them. I witnessed "teachers" walking around sick, but they are demanded to be there. My son's teacher stayed home on a Friday because she didn't want to bring sickness into the building (which I appreciate!!!) and she received a text from the owner that said "I need to know by 12PM TODAY if you are planning on coming to work next week, as you stated you would in your resignation letter. If I do not receive a response by 12pm today then I will accept your resignation effecitve today and you will not be permitted back." Thursday when I picked up my son, his teacher was clearly not feeling well and said she'd be staying home the next day due to sickness. To be accused and threatened to be terminated is VERY unprofessional. I just want to set this rumor straight. I gave notice on 8/14 that my son's last day at Kiddie Academy would be 7/31. That is a 3 week notice. Because I/my son was leaving, his teacher decided she was going to leave and go where we were going! And then because she was leaving, a handful of parents decided they were pulling their children to go where she was going. We have all built a very close bond between us parents and with our childrens teachers, that it was a trickle effect. My child's teacher was written up for all of this. That she was soliciting/recruiting parents. She was also demeaned and was told that she was a horrible teacher. And wasn't fit to be in a classroom. Mind you, after this teacher signed the write up form (which she wasn't given a copy of), she was sent back to the classroom to continue working through the end of her notice to quit. If an owner of a child care facillity believes a teacher is horrible/unfit to teach... why was she not terminated in that moment? And if she isn't horrible/unfit to be a teacher, why was she spoken to like that and written up for it? There is something to be said about 5 parents who stick together and move to another childcare facility together. There is also something to be said for a teacher who follows her kids. It wasn't the environment keeping her there. After I found out about the disrespectful behavior to 2 of the teachers, I personally spoke with Cassi the owner about this. I explained that I was the one leaving and that the teacher was following me. So, her accusations were false and the write up was unjustified. She while "polite" was very snarky back. I guess she didn't realize how close our parent/teacher group was and she wasn't fond of it at all. If I ran a daycare center I would appreciate parents/teachers building bonds! Those bonds last lifetimes! It was in that meeting with Cassi that I let her know that my sons last day wouldn't be 7/31. Instead it was that day, 7/20. I explained to her that her and her husbands demeanor and behavior towards my son and I at drop off and pick up, wasn't okay. To not acknowledge us, or say hello or goodbye, because they're mad at the unfolding situation, wasn't very professional. It was actually extremely uncomfortable. And then to walk along side another family in a different classroom, and they'd get the bubbly "have a great night!"... and then we'd walk by and nothing? Very unprofessional. Very caddy. They have a VERY high turn around. Not just in teachers but administrative staff as well. The previous director was screamed at and was told to "Get the F out of the building"... To that, I don't know the details, but I DO know speaking to ANYONE like that is NOT okay. Especially the owner of a business that is filled with children. If you are considering Kiddie Academy, proceed with caution. It is very professional and kind on the cover... but read the pages CAREFULLY .
