The poor mother had rented from another state so being young she felt she didn't have much choice but to take it. Upon move out they had the nerve to charge $513 to clean the carpet upstairs. Yeah, the carpet they left dog shit on that smelled like cat piss. The square footage shouldn't have cost more than $165 at most. Truthfully they should have put new carpet down but hey what do you expect from a slumlord. Do not rent from this terrible person.

I first rented from them in 2015 and lived in that house until 2017 when the owners decided they wanted to sell. They were a military couple who now lived out of state and had no desire to come back. I loved this company so much, I took another rental that was being managed by them. Cliff and Nikole are not only accommodating, they do anything they can to take care of any need you may have. From the smallest things like paperwork to big things like emergency repairs. They are fast and efficient and they care about their clients. I don't have to go into the office much but when I do, it's always a nice experience. They both are so friendly and so welcoming and the atmosphere is amazing. It's the kind of place that you walk out of smiling. I have never had a problem reaching them whether it was early morning or late at night. They go above and beyond for their clients. Said $125 was for painting when the apartment had not been painted for 2 tenants. It was normal wear and tear, not damage. Directly across the street from the apartment building is a great Coffee and Bakery shop called Starch Cafe which has definitely brought a much needed hip vibe to Watertown without the Starbucks prices. Besides, the primary parking lot, we also have two other options for parking, which come in handy. Rob, the owner is always polite, courteous and attentive to our needs. Rent is affordable and the property, like Rob's dog Alex, well maintained and cared for.

He would stall and claim he could not reach his client, avoid answering questions, and set the final walkthrough for the morning of the closing. Then when significant new damage was discovered during the walkthrough, he blamed us, refused to negotiate for repair costs, had someone do a terrible coverup job, insulted us repeatedly, and threatened to sue if we did not go through with the initial offer. We had no say in who the seller picked as a realtor, but please do not give this slimeball any of your business! (I highly recommend Stephen Gleason and William Leepy from NNY Realty instead)
