Then when significant new damage was discovered during the walkthrough, he blamed us, refused to negotiate for repair costs, had someone do a terrible coverup job, insulted us repeatedly, and threatened to sue if we did not go through with the initial offer. They send nasty messages and comments. I've been tormented by my neighbors they told me they asked them to leave. They keep crackhead hours,pounding on the walls slamming cupboard doors,drilling a wall and hammering nails from q0pm to 3 am. They've put the dog out at 2:30am and leave him out there barking. Bri the "apartment manager" says the 2 year old was playing at midnight with a drill and hammer. Oh . She had the nerve to tell me not to contact her that late again. We'll the law says I can and I sent her a copy of it. She got mad and told me I can move out. ..... The neighbors sprayed bug spray while I was gone. I came home and my dog got sick and so did I. She said im lying and cant prove it. The guy took off and left the 2 year old in the house alone and went to Stewart's and the mom was at work. They've had garbage flying around the yard and up the street dirty razors and cans all over. I have pictures videos and so much more. Bri said I didn't after I sent them all to her. Good thing for safe keeping. I've been a faithful Tennant for almost 5 years now and she talks down to me like it's all my fault. I've been begging them for insulation in our common walls to stop the noise and things. Mike hall refuses to do it because he doesn't have to deal with it. When you sit on my toilet you can hear them on thiers,you hear sex noises in the bedrooms,the other person came and asked me for 1 of my ice cream sandwiches because they heard me getting one from my kitchen. If I could give Jason Smith and his team no stars I would. Jason puts up a good front but will do nothing to help in selling your home. He walked into our home and informed us how beautiful it was and how it would sell really quickly. We ended up selling the house For Sale By Owner with our own sign out front and listing on Zillow as an FSBO. Jason will tell you exactly what you want to hear and makes lots of promises about what he is going to do to help sell your home but never follows through. There were many times that his colleague Lisa would come to the house to do an open house. When we would meet with her after the open house she wouldn't have much feed back for us and would just say it went well and she expected that we would see offers from the efforts. We would often times after showing ask for feedback about the house and Jason nor his team would have any kind of valuable constructive criticism. It would usually be something like "Yeah, they loved the house." "Ceilings were a little low upstairs but otherwise they loved it." There were also numerous times that we would attempt to make contact with Jason and it would take hours or days to get a response from him. Jason's communications skills are lacking. He is 100% a salesman of himself and his company but not of your house. After we discontinued our contract with Jason his office still had paperwork for our house that we needed in order to complete the sale of our house. We attempted to make contact with him for approximately 5 weeks. When we showed up at office to get the paperwork they initially stated that they did not take any paperwork from us. After further pushing stating that they did have the paperwork and it had been dropped at an attorney they called the office and surprise the paperwork was there.

The poor mother had rented from another state so being young she felt she didn't have much choice but to take it. Upon move out they had the nerve to charge $513 to clean the carpet upstairs. Yeah, the carpet they left dog shit on that smelled like cat piss. The square footage shouldn't have cost more than $165 at most. Truthfully they should have put new carpet down but hey what do you expect from a slumlord. Do not rent from this terrible person.

I first rented from them in 2015 and lived in that house until 2017 when the owners decided they wanted to sell. They were a military couple who now lived out of state and had no desire to come back. I loved this company so much, I took another rental that was being managed by them. Cliff and Nikole are not only accommodating, they do anything they can to take care of any need you may have. From the smallest things like paperwork to big things like emergency repairs. They are fast and efficient and they care about their clients. I don't have to go into the office much but when I do, it's always a nice experience. They both are so friendly and so welcoming and the atmosphere is amazing. It's the kind of place that you walk out of smiling. I have never had a problem reaching them whether it was early morning or late at night. They go above and beyond for their clients.
