The 30 minutes flew by with our conversation about all the health benefits that Lone Star Hydration offers and talking about our love of dogs. After receiving my liter of fluids and a booster, I did feel better. If I ever need an IV again, I will definitely seek out Lone Star Hydration for a house call (if ill) or at their office. Fantastic service!…read more I am in town for a short period so I was looking for a spot to help me stay hydrated in this Texas heat. I asked a local and he mentioned this spot. The lack of reviews made me a little hesitant but the source is credible so I gave it a shot and guuuuurrrrrlll I am happy I did! I got a same day within the hour appointment. Parking was easy breeze. I walked in and was greeted by this gentleman with the best smile! He was super welcoming and got me set up in no time. Before I knew it, I was in the back with the PA going over my health history and my goals. The drip cocktails they have are outstanding. Such good mixes. However you can also customize and get you what you need. They have other amazing amenities like cold plunge, red light, sauna and salt therapy (I cant remember what is called). They have recliners with warmers. The clinic is a little cold but that helps prevent germs from spreading so I am ok with that, they also offer blankets, drinks, snacks you name it. Overall, I will be back at least once or twice before I leave the state. I totally recommend this spot.

If you want that push in getting healthy and help your body recover, this is the place. You want to relax, rejuvenate, and refocus/recenter yourself -this place can help you do that. 1. The owners are great, knowledgeable and friendly. Their staff is always friendly, willing to help and answer your questions. 2. Location. Location. Location. I live in the southside and I soooo much appreciate not having to travel to 1604 to receive the services I get here. 3. Great prices. Every month they have different specials. They also have a great introductory special for first timers -pick any 3 service for $79 (hopefully I got that price right but I know it's less than $100 for three services.). They also have a monthly membership-you can go everyday if you want with the membership. Don't be scared-memberships are not required. I normally grab a monthly special, which has a couple of the services that I use, or I go in and pay as I go. 4. Try the services they have and see what works for you. Cyro, sauna, mediation dome, etc. and don't worry the sauna room is not a group room. It's private. You are allowed to bring another person if you want, but it is private. They also have a shower if you want to go during your lunch break. 5. Parking in the back or there is street parking. 6. Always clean and sanitized Go try this place. I am a believer. I was suffering knee pain from running and overuse and wanted to accelerate the healing process. Having used cryotherapy in the past with positive results, I figured I'd find somewhere local while I was in San Antonio. Their location is situation at a small strip mall with lot parking and is easy to find. I walked in and was and greeted by a young male employee who was cheerful and explained the services and prices. I told him I wanted a cryo session and he escorted me to a room where I changed before preparing to enter the chamber. The chamber used here is not fully enclosed, it terminates at the neck area so your head is not exposed to the cold. It is powered by liquid nitrogen, the tanks of which are visible in the room. After entering the chamber, the cold air began flowing in and I withstood the onslaught of cold for two minutes. Wow! How invigorating it was upon exiting, I felt recharged and rejuvenated! The cost of one session was $35.00, which is quite reasonable in my opinion given the health benefits associated with this alternative therapy. I would highly recommend if you're in the area and need an affordable and reliable venue for cryotherapy!

A friend highly recommended Bluebonnet to me over a year ago and I decided to give it a chance. As someone that is lucky enough to have health insurance, I initially was hesitant about the membership since I didn't see the reasoning behind paying extra to have access to a doctor (which I already do with the network from my insurance).
