On the store's website, there's an offer next to each book: "Shipping by mail: from CA $12.00, free for orders over CA $100.00". However, whenever the store couldn't fulfill its obligations for the accepted order, specifically by not shipping all the ordered books (which happened to me several times), they still honored their commitment to free shipping. Despite the inconvenience of not receiving all the books from the order, I continued to order books from them. In 2024, I encountered a situation, when the store couldn't fulfill its obligations for the accepted order - by delivering all the ordered books, they refused to honor their commitment to free shipping and offered to charge me for delivery. Moreover, the store employee insisted that it's normal to change the shipping conditions when they had already accepted my order with the agreed condition of free shipping. In other words, I should pay for their mistakes because they are working with the wrong suppliers?! I "like" this... The service was not great before (few people would appreciate waiting for an order to be shipped in 16 days, only to find out that some books may not arrive), but now the service is absolutely appalling. Needless to say, now I am going to buy books from other website, fortunately, there's no shortage of online bookstores.

I finally found it available on the shelf at Cornerstone Bookshop. Their website is very user friendly. The extent of information provided and the friendly tone made it a pleasure to use. I was able to place my order for pickup, and could even defer payment until coming in at the store to pick it up. I was also able to add notes, where I could indicate that someone else would be picking it up on my behalf. I got my order confirmation immediately, and the notification that it was ready for pickup within a few hours. I was concerned about parking as it's near Yonge St. on Finch Ave. W., but that was no problem because they have their own private parking. There are also side streets that allow parking not too far away in case you want to avoid Yonge St. completely or it turns out to be full. My husband completed the pickup easily and quickly. Also, for some reason, the price was $24.99 instead of $28.99 everywhere else. I wish I lived closer to them, or that they had other locations. Compared to the miserable experience I've had looking for and shopping at Indigo recently, I'd shop here exclusively if I could. Highly recommend this retailer.
