They sold me a battery, swapped it out with the existing battery, and even contacted a local car mechanic to come replace the battery terminal. (The existing terminal had been tightened previously so much that it had been stripped and could not be retightened.) In addition, they installed my wiper blades that I purchased at the store. You just drive under the canopy where you are greeted by a service representative and tell them what you are there for. I did not make prior appointments for either of the oil changes. The service was still done in a timely manner and the car was brought back to me after being washed. While the car was being serviced I had a very pleasant visit with my sales representative, Linda Freidrich. Linda remembered me (and my spouse who was not present on this visit) by name and also details of our previous interactions. I know I have found the right dealer with which to have a continuing relationship.
