At least for a couple of times (or maybe three), she went to our table already ready and wanting to take our orders while we were still in the middle of deciding on the menu. Towards the end of the meal, she already was clearing the table and picking at empty (or seemingly empty) wings baskets while some were still busy eating. What I have come to expect as acceptable practice is to at least see if the majority is visibly done with the food in front of them and to still request the guests if it is already fine to clear some of the dishes.

They told us they are re-wiring the restaurant and unable to receive online orders. For some reason, they didn't update their status on the website to prevent people from ordering online. They also didn't feel like it was worth periodically checking their online ordering site for outstanding orders. They were able to see my order once I called, seems like they could of been more proactive about this. After making us wait that long, they didn't offer a discount or free app or anything, they just promised to rush it out to us. It still took over an hour and a half to get lunch. If my kids didn't like stuffed crust so much I would have cancelled the order and gone out to subway.
