Towards the end of the meal, she already was clearing the table and picking at empty (or seemingly empty) wings baskets while some were still busy eating. What I have come to expect as acceptable practice is to at least see if the majority is visibly done with the food in front of them and to still request the guests if it is already fine to clear some of the dishes.

Worst: a young girl ignored my burger in the 'pass' for 2 full minutes while she scraped container after container of sour cream onto her baked potato staff meal. Someone from the kitchen even stuck their head out to remind her that my burger was done. I asked "is that my burger, and is that your lunch?" To which she replied yes to both (as if obvious). They were able to see my order once I called, seems like they could of been more proactive about this. After making us wait that long, they didn't offer a discount or free app or anything, they just promised to rush it out to us. It still took over an hour and a half to get lunch. If my kids didn't like stuffed crust so much I would have cancelled the order and gone out to subway.
