Leaving back to CA and came here to get some coffee. Mexi Mocha better than Snowy Mocha That being said, the workers provided a little chocolate covered coffee bean. AMAZING!!! The Human Bean.... Man was a I excited for a new coffee shop!! I got to the ordering window & explained to the barista I was new to the town, asked her recommendations. She was absolutely incredible. She asked so many questions to ensure the drink she surprised me with would be amazing. And it sure as heck was !!! I ended up with a salted caramel triple espresso with oat milk. Came out to almost $7, which I thought was a tad steep but it was absolutely delicious and I'll be back !! Only complaint honesty was the lack of food options. read more

I'm a straight espresso drinker so I usually have no use for frou-frou "coffee" drink places that are more milk and whipped cream than a real cuppa Joe. But gosh darn it if The Human Bean didn't win me over! It was a very hot day and I saw that they had low carb frozen coffee options, a convenient drive-thru, and no line, so I was sold. The menu is very clear and straightforward, something that other major coffee chains could learn from. It was so easy to locate what I wanted and order, so there was zero stress at the drive-thru window. We opted for the chocolate low carb frozen coffee and the vanilla low carb frozen coffee. The vanilla was delicious; the chocolate had a strange aftertaste. You could really taste the coffee in the vanilla drink. Both were topped with whipped cream and a tasty espresso bean (that's their signature "gimmick"). You should've heard the slurping when we got to the bottom of the cups, they were so good. The smallest size drinks were still plenty big, and it set us back $10 with tip for two. The drinks weren't very sweet, which I liked, and they were light and airy. The frozen ice blended concoctions were so refreshing and they really felt like a decadent treat. Kudos to the super friendly staff, too. The girls working seemed to love their jobs, and they were super personable and welcoming. I can't stress enough how professional and kind the staff was the day we visited. I will be back the next time I'm passing through Arizona! read more

AVOID THIS HUMAN BEAN AND GO TO OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE AREA!! I rarely leave reviews unless necessary but we could not be more upset with this location. We don't live here full time & love to come when in town. they advertise they close at 7. we RUSHED to get there (a 20 minute drive!) and when we arrived at 6:50 a very rude worker told us they were "closed." We get it, coming close to closing isn't ideal and you want to go home. But as paying customers that did everything we could to get there before closing because we don't get it often - we will NEVER go back. And they missed out on a 70$ sale as we were buying for the entire family. Customer service is everything. read more

Great Customer Service and good drinks. It was my first time at any Human Bean. There was an issue with my drink being cold, instead of hot, when I got to the window. The lady was super nice about it and re-made my drink for me. I offered to pay for the cold drink but they told me no. They let me have the cold drink at no charge. I LOVE the Human Bean and was so excited when they decided to open up locations out here! I would go all of the time when I lived in Havasu. I usually stop at the location in Old Bullhead since it is so close to my house but decided to give the Fort Mohave location a try since it is down the street from my work. The 2 times that I did go to the Fort Mohave location the barista Kaira that helped me was very rude and not helpful at all, when asking a question she responded as if I was stupid. I absolutely love the coffee, but these 2 experiences put a very bad taste in my mouth and I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Today on our way out of town, my friends & I stopped by to grab some coffee for the road trip. I convinced them to try it over Starbucks down the road. We got all our drinks and accidentally received the wrong one, I went up to the walk up window not knowing what to expect. The workers re-made our drink and went above & beyond what I was even expecting. I heard a lot of good reviews about this spot and had high hopes knowing they had so many alternative milk options including even macadamia milk! Went through the drive through and when asked what drinks were vegan (some syrups have dairy) she said "we don't have anything vegan". You don't have plain coffee and tea? I Have stopped by the Fort Mohave location many times for a latte. I'm more and more impressed with each visit. Everyone is always very friendly and smiling. I usually see Elisha the most. She always makes my coffee spot on! She has GREAT customer service! She has GREAT barista skills!
