I was passing through the Arizona desert and stopped to grab some caffeine at Starbucks! This location is nice inside with a good amount of seating. The prices are decent and the service is impressively fast, especially with mobile orders. The baristas are skilled and friendly, too. They gave me a huge cup of ice water with my espresso. My order was ready in less than 5 minutes, which I appreciated so I could get back on the road. They have a drive through as well. My only minor gripe is they tend to put too much ice in the cold drinks, so you don't get a lot of product. The bathrooms also have a code, which is another hoop you have to jump through that seems unnecessary. Overall, this is a good stop! read more

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by most of the staff. Everyone was so friendly and attentive. It was nice and cool inside and very clean. The Regional Manager and MOD happened to be there and up front. They introduced themselves, and we sparked up a conversation. They were so professional, and so friendly. I forgot their names though, I apologize! They asked what I ordered, I told them, and also let them know I'm dairy free. Well, they let me know there's a dairy free cold foam option now. Good morning Starbucks! We are simply visiting family in Bullhead and needed some familiar coffee and breakfast foods for the road home . Our mobile order was so efficient and hot! The store is large and the staff were all very welcoming. Kendall was extremely helpful and addressed me by name once she saw me take part of my order. I did not use the restroom, but this location has a busy drive through and lots of parking. I don't think Starbucks coffee needs to be reviewed. I am not a coffee aficionado, especially since I always get a latte. It is nice to be able to go to a place in a town you're not familiar with and feel welcomed and appreciated. This is the slowest location I have ever been to. Took us 20 minutes to get our drinks with only a few patrons inside!

I have been coming to this starbucks often, since I moved here over a year ago. I have never had any issues, and I am usually never one to write a review, but I feel as though this needs some attention brought to it. The crew working this morning (3/18), treated my visit to the store, as a burden. I had placed a mobile order 10 minutes before I arrived at the store. I was the only car in the entire drive thru, so they had me pull up to the window very quickly. My mobile order consisted of 2 Drinks, and 2 food items. At first, I was handed 1 drink, and 1 food item, and she told me to have a good one. So I said "I apologize, i'm missing one of my drinks, and one of my food items" Her smile then dropped, and she turned around without saying anything to me, so a few minutes pass, she opens the window, and hands me my other drink, then she proceeded to say "Have a nice day" and immediately shut the window. So unfortunately I had to sit and wait again, because I wasn't given my second food item. She opened the window for the last time, and I said "I'm sorry I hate to do this, but i'm still missing my second food item". Again, without saying anything she turned around and didn't say anything to me, grabbed my second food item and handed it to me without a word. I told her "I'm sorry again, I appreciate it, have a nice day!" and got zero response back. Now the experience itself was upsetting on its own. But when I returned home, I found that both drinks had been made wrong. I payed extra for add ons/ swap outs etc. and none of them were added, so I essentially payed extra money for no reason. One of the drinks was supposed to be made with almond milk. It was not, and my mother, who cannot have dairy, was not able to have her drink. In addition, my drink was made with the complete wrong flavor, and they didn't add whipped cream as requested. It is extremely frustrating as, nowadays, it is not cheap to go and get a pick me up. In fact, it's quite pricey. Especially when paying extra for the little add ons and swaps that we enjoy. All for that money to be wasted because of complacency. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the experience, and the product that I received today, after being a regular at this store for quite a while now. read more

I went here once and don't plan to ever again. I walked in with a thermos and ordered a tall coffee with a tiny bit of half and half. I get that "tiny bit" is subjective, but they used an actual tall cup--which was also weird bc I brought my own cup and they could have just told me they'd use another cup to measure anyway-- and the coffee came out as white as I'd expect a handmade drink to be. Ok I've been coming here since this place opened. I was glad to see an actual a stand alone store open near by. I was trying to stay positive as I've had many customer service problems here. They seem to get my drink order wrong. And today was the final straw! I Ordered iced drink with light ice, of course, it was the opposite. I parked my car, started drinking it and realized this was wrong. I went back inside, with almost empty cup. They said nothing could be done about it because I'd drank it. So this review is for the 2 baristas who accused me of hitting their car door. First off let me say.. We parked next to a Toyota rav. My passenger door where I exited was next to the drivers door of the Toyota so that means I backed in. No one was in the Toyota. Yet a barista who I opened the door for and who politely thanked me (blonde/light brown hair in pony with blue eyes) we go in (mom and I) we order get our drinks and we were on our way. (tasted like runny strawberry water) but as we are leaving another barista walks up politely says we hit her car door and her co worker witnessed me hit her door. I politely tell her no I didn't bc I actually pay attention and take care of my car. She then proceeds to tell me I am wrong and that her co worker witnessed me hit it in real time. Co worker/ witness walks over as if she has her back. My mom then says okay let's go look and for her to show us. Long story short we go and look. Open the backseat door (which we did not open to begin with) and wow would you believe it?? Our door still had 2 inches of space. We proceed to open passenger door, again it didn't reach. THAT WAS WITH THE DOOR OPEN ALL THE WAY. The blonde girl who said she witnessed the whole situation runs inside leaving the Toyota rav barista on her own to deal with us. My mom is a stage 4 cancer patient who gets sick easily so when you are arguing with someone who is sick 24/7 & is in constant pain just know they stay sick all day. So thank you for arguing with my mom bc she stayed sick in bed after this and I was in town visiting her. The rest of our day was shot. Thanks again blonde hair blue eyes barista who walked in and clocked in then proceeded to go outside and lie to her coworker. First off, Just remember Emmitt Till who was wrongfully accused. If you are going to accuse someone, make sure you are not lying. Second of all, if you have something to say then say it your damn self if you are so concerned. Blonde hair barista, you wussed out and that's not cool. My mom then proceeds to go inside and confront you for your lie and you turn around and tell her she lied.. I heard you! I love this new location because we needed a drive thru Sbux and finally we got one! The downside is the service: I get rude baristas while ordering at the drive thru and when I order multiple drinks and food they get it wrong then act mad? The last time I went I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches without cheese and drove away to only find cheese on both. I'm lactose intolerant so there went the whole sandwich. I only repeat myself so they can hear me and get the order right! Usually the girls are really bitchy and the guys are nice.
