Dr. Wakter has rescued me on several painful occasions.  On one case, his immediate intervention allowed me to proceed with urgent cancer surgery a few days later. Krystal and Candice make everyone feel genuinely welcome. They prepare and submit all the forms for quick insurance claims. They even check in at home,  after extensive dental proceedures, to make sure I'm ok.  Awwww. Candice helps patients by showing relaxing animal videos to distract while getting frozen or when she is taking XRays. Brenda makes getting your teeth cleaned a happy event.  I've never had more fun being "picked on" and always leave with shiny white teeth. I then went to the appointment only to have the office closed and no one on site. It is not conveniently located and the parking is sparce (across from police station). I called to tell her I could not find the location (as it is in an apartment building and I could not see any business sign and did not think it was going to be in a place where people live. I left a message and did not get a response back. Then when I realized it was closed I called again (very polite) and left another message. The door had a different phone # on it so I called that one also but it is not working (should be taken down). I then contacted her again at a later date to find out what was happening as it was a Groupon I was trying to use before it expired and NOT a word. TERRIBLE waste of my time and customer service, never again would I see this person/company.

She has taken great care of our 2 senior…read morecats, both of whom have medical issues (kidney disease, hyperthyroidism and diabetes) - so pills in pill pockets, insulin injections and monitoring/controlling food time (so they don't eat each others' food) is well managed. It's a lot to think about with these two! Also kidney disease cat doesnt use a litter box, so picking up random poo and pee pads is done without complaint. She also recently squeezed us in at the last minute on a holiday long weekend for a night away, our big thanks for that! We are beyond pleased, and happily recommend Petra for your cat sitting needs.
