Service was really slow- we had to wait awhile for our table to be cleaned off, for our orders to be taken, for food and drinks and hookah to be delivered. Drinks were okay, not great. We ordered chips with salsa, pico, and guacamole. The salsa was terrible- thin, watery, little flavor. The pico was just chopped onions! We had to ask for a side of tomato so we could basically make our own pico (it didn't work lol). The chips were great though. The hookah was again, just okay. Didn't taste the freshest and our server didn't even test it for us (she did at the next table so I'm not sure what was up with that). All that said, we'd give them another try because it was a good atmosphere. The photo op at the entrance was a nice touch!

Their Sub Zero flavor is my favorite as a mint-lover, and I never feel like I'm waiting on coals. 2. Liz is an absolutely wonderful bartender. She's super sweet, personable, and always on her game no matter how busy it is (and this place gets BUSY - for good reason!) 3. The food is 10/10. Literally everything I've gotten here is so delicious. Their happy hour menu is a steal but my favorites are the chicken shawarma or shish kofta with extra veggies. 4. The vibes are immaculate. They have a DJ on Fridays, and it's the perfect balance of chill/party atmosphere. I've honestly never had a bad experience here, and that's why I keep coming back. Truly a gem on the southwest side of town whether you're flying solo or out with friends!

The first thing we noticed was how comfortable the environment was, the ventilation is excellent, which makes a huge difference when you're at a hookah lounge. It never felt overwhelming or smoky. The hookah itself was great...smooth, flavorful, and clearly well-prepared. The drinks were also really good and paired perfectly with the vibe. We also ordered the hummus, and it was honestly one of the highlights. It was fresh, flavorful, and the bread that came with it was incredibly soft and warm, definitely not an afterthought like it can be at some places. Overall, this is a great spot to unwind after a night out, good atmosphere, quality hookah, solid drinks, and surprisingly great food. We'd definitely come back.

I had a very disappointing experience at Inhale Hookah Lounge and would not recommend it…read more I went with two friends, and we only wanted to share one hookah, which was listed on the menu for $40. Before ordering, we specifically asked our server, Crystal, whether choosing two flavors for a single hookah would still cost $40 or if it would be $80. Since we only wanted one hookah, we wanted to make sure we understood the pricing. Crystal went to ask her manager and came back with waters but never answered our question. We had to ask her twice before she finally said, "Don't worry, he said he'll do it." Based on that response, we reasonably believed we were ordering a single $40 hookah with two flavors. When the bill came, we were shocked to see we had been charged $80 for one hookah. If there was an extra charge for adding a second flavor, that should have been clearly explained before we ordered, not left as an unpleasant surprise at the end, that made us felt totally BLINDSIDED. To make matters worse, the menu states that an automatic gratuity is only added for parties of five or more. There were only three of us, yet an 18% gratuity was automatically included on our bill anyway. The entire experience felt misleading. We were left feeling overcharged and taken advantage of. I won't be returning.
