Their Sub Zero flavor is my favorite as a mint-lover, and I never feel like I'm waiting on coals. 2. Liz is an absolutely wonderful bartender. She's super sweet, personable, and always on her game no matter how busy it is (and this place gets BUSY - for good reason!) 3. The food is 10/10. Literally everything I've gotten here is so delicious. Their happy hour menu is a steal but my favorites are the chicken shawarma or shish kofta with extra veggies. 4. The vibes are immaculate. They have a DJ on Fridays, and it's the perfect balance of chill/party atmosphere. I've honestly never had a bad experience here, and that's why I keep coming back. Truly a gem on the southwest side of town whether you're flying solo or out with friends!

Before ordering, we specifically asked our server, Crystal, whether choosing two flavors for a single hookah would still cost $40 or if it would be $80. Since we only wanted one hookah, we wanted to make sure we understood the pricing. Crystal went to ask her manager and came back with waters but never answered our question. We had to ask her twice before she finally said, "Don't worry, he said he'll do it." Based on that response, we reasonably believed we were ordering a single $40 hookah with two flavors. When the bill came, we were shocked to see we had been charged $80 for one hookah. If there was an extra charge for adding a second flavor, that should have been clearly explained before we ordered, not left as an unpleasant surprise at the end, that made us felt totally BLINDSIDED. To make matters worse, the menu states that an automatic gratuity is only added for parties of five or more. There were only three of us, yet an 18% gratuity was automatically included on our bill anyway. The entire experience felt misleading. We were left feeling overcharged and taken advantage of. I won't be returning.

However, my friend was still able to make a separate reservation online because your website showed open availability. She ultimately did not come after I called her and warned her about my experience. To clarify, I did not leave simply because I disliked the appearance of the venue. I left because the lounge was extremely small, overcrowded even with reservations, lacked the music and atmosphere advertised, and the service was nonexistent. I waited approximately 25 minutes just to be acknowledged, only to be told to continue waiting. Calling that a "brief wait" does not accurately reflect my experience. Additionally, the patio had only three tables, which were already occupied when I arrived, despite your claim that a space had been specifically reserved for my group. Whether the photos on your website are edited or not does not change the fact that the overall experience and atmosphere were completely different from how the venue is presented online. The website gives the impression of an upscale hookah lounge/club experience, which was not what I encountered. My review was based on my actual experience as a paying customer. Instead of dismissing valid criticism by suggesting my expectations simply weren't met, I hope you take the feedback into consideration--especially regarding reservation management, wait times, service, overcrowding, and accurately representing the atmosphere customers can expect.

Having to pay separately for a canister of cranberry juice as a chaser and then getting the shot in one of those little ounce-sized sauce cups instead of an actual shot glass just made it feel cheap. That was honestly the biggest downside for me. I'm sure the vibes are different on the weekends when it's packed, but at the end of the day, the prices are still the prices. Even if the atmosphere is crazy packed that part of the experience wouldn't change for me. As of now, it probably wouldn't be my first choice, and I honestly don't see myself coming back unless there's an event or something specific going on.
