Open pretty late. They have a vast selection of cigars, limited seating and a few tvs. No alcoholic beverages served here. But they do have non alcoholic beverages and snacks - think chips etc.

Great customer service by Brian. Immediately as I walked in, Brian was there to assist me with my needs. He was super nice on the phone when I called to see about a specific cigar, and super helpful in person. They have a great selection of cigars and wow!!! Everyone in the lounge eating pizza watching football... I was like... this is my kinda place. Thank you Brian for the awesome help and I will for sure be back. What a cool place.

Very nice tidy place

Good selection of premium sticks. I had the Don Carlos to redo and Oliva Serie V. Relaxing atmosphere with plenty of TVs at a low volume so as not to break the vibe. Jesse runs a good shop and lounge.

I've been going to Helio's in Riverside for a good while, so needless to say I was very excited when I learned a new location was going to be opened in Sin City. How does it measure up to the original? Let's find out! The first thing that hits you is the blast of cool air once you walk inside. The ventilation is also kicking to the max so the folks who aren't used to cigar smoke won't be overwhelmed. The interior had an industrial look to it but is pretty wide open with large glass windows running from the front down to the right side which made for a well lit space. There are two bathrooms, plenty of seating and three TVs conveniently located around the lounge. The humidor is a thing of beauty. A nice, large walk-in space with hundreds of sticks for every taste. The table in the middle is where you'll find the featured brand at the time. Regardless if it's the owner, Amit, or Jesse you can expect excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Whether you're new to the game or not, they'll work with you and learn about what you like or dislike and they absolutely will not push you towards the more expensive stuff. Helio's is a no pressure buying experience so if you just want to ask questions, then great! They also has a ton of accessories (lighters, cutters, ashtrays etc.) and even pipe tobacco if that's what you're looking for. I'm slightly biased since I'm a customer for life, whether it's here or the Riverside lounge but check this place out if you're interested in cigars. You'll see why myself and many other share the same loyalty. Simply the best!

The well appointed lounge area

Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Jesse is a pleasure to deal with every time. Facility is always clean. Top notch service. Good crowd of folks that come in regularly. Prices are much more reasonable then most other spots in town. Does not close too early to make it not worth stopping by after work. Would recommend to anyone

Saturday night smokin!!!!!

The food on the menu looked good enough to make me question my life choices, so I'll definitely be back to try it next time. Great hookah, great service, and a chill atmosphere. The only complaint I have is that eventually I had to leave.

One of my friends tried the pizza and he wasn't a fan. Drinks were on point and it was the owners birthday so we had shots cake and more shots lol. When I say you'll enjoy Old Skool, you won't be disappointed. It took maybe an hour for our hookah & food to come out which food didn't bother us much. However the hookah taking that long was wild. Come to find out our waitress didn't put it in. The owner came and apologized and gave us a few shots. The hookah However was clean tasting, smooth and honestly the presentation was worth the wait. The other negative here which didnt impact my rating was our waitress. She barely came to the table, we dabbed up the owner more times than we saw our waitress. She missed things we ordered but again the owner was a G and he took care of us. Overall great experience and I would definitely be back my next visit. This was an entire vibe and made our night.

This is such a cool bar on property at the Rio. It's a very Brazilian vibe in here and just so cool. The lounge seating is absolutely beautiful. I just got a gin and tonic, but next time I come back here, definitely grabbing one of their tropical cocktails which looked so good. There was live entertainment when we were here, too. Adhering to the Brazil vibe, it has a gold jaguar climbing the bar and a very chique vibe with pops of gold and patterned seat upholstery. And it's a perfectly convenient stop for a drink when meeting others in the lobby to leave for dinner. Bartender Christian is as friendly as all the staff at the Rio and took great care of us. The cocktail game is real and we had some excellent, beautiful drinks. There was a live singer some nights. (Lapa & Luckley's have happy hours a few days a week) Also, I don't know how often this happens, but while in the casino we were given a buy one get one coupon for drinks here! Food/Drinks: 5/5 Service: 5/5…read moreAmbiance: 5/5 Came here for a girl's night on Wednesday and it was pretty dead. Lots of seating area when we walked in but we opted to sit at the bar. Bartenders were very friendly and attentive. Our cocktails *not pictured* were amazing. We would order them again. Our food was also delicious. We ordered the bang bang shrimp, spicy tuna crisp rice, and the spicy tuna roll. Everything was a bit on the pricier side but vibes were good. We wanted to try more food but kitchen closed by then. Our bartenders were apologetic and told us they should have told us last call, which I appreciated. We would definitely come here again! We wanted to try out the Thursday Ladies Night for 50% off and the late night specials for Thursday but I guess we will have to be back for that!

Bel-Aire Lounge is often a vibe due to the crowd of patrons it attracts. There's no denying that…read more The food options are decent, too. Where this venue lacks is in customer service. I will outline my very specific encounter. So boom--it's football season. An excellent opportunity for outlets to boost sales, be it food or alcohol. It's Sunday and the day's morning and midday games have concluded. Time for SNF! Rather than sitting in the freezing cold interior, we migrate to the patio. Noticing the patio TV is still set to the channel midday games aired on, I kindly ask the bartender if they can liase to have the patio's TV changed to the Sunday night game (so we can patronize in a warmer setting.) Bartender says "ok sure, all TVs transition anyway". Needless to say the patio TV did not after all of the indoor TVs did. I go back to relay that the patio TV did not cutover. The same bartender kicked off some half-hearted "yeah sorry, a different entity controls that" That's not how DirectTV/DAZN/Everpass works for commercial venues. Whomever can control the venues' TVs inside can control the outdoor one. The subscription is by FCO, and the patio is commissioned to Bel-Aire Lounge. And even if (theoretically) it was up to the Casino team to make the channel switch, bare bones customer service would encourage one to reach over to those other collagues to make this simple change happen. I approached a different Team Member, this time a red shirt and asked if he could liaise to make the channel switch. He confirmed that the folks inside had reign. And when I told him I'd already asked them, he shrugged and admitted they probably only said they couldn't as a way to get out of doing it. Eventually, I was able to flag down a different employee inside the venue (who I presume was a MOD) to have the TV flipped to the night game. Within a couple of minutes it was done. I paint the picture because the same bartender in question was standoffish when we entered the venue. She offered a menu but never came back to take the order. Eventually a much sweeter bartender came by to ask whether we'd been served, and offered to place the order. I don't mention this to be vindictive or put the young lady on the spot, but the stank and stush attitude is absolutely not how you maintain goodwill with spending customers. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day or if we were singled out, but I did find it interesting she pepped up her level of service to a different group. This prompted me to make an executive decision to STOP spending here, and head over to General Admission at the half. Sorry to say but the lady bartender with a tattooed chest and arm piece needs some coaching. In a climate where many entertainment and leisure businesses are seeing stagnancy, hospitable warmth goes a looooong way. Stop playing with people (especially those of us that work tangentially in the business and know how these things go) if you truly care about your top line. And ofc, there's no shortage of places willing to take your $ in exchange for basic gestures of humanity. My perception of Durango/STN as an operator is now mired :/ Should I ever decide to return, I will make certain I'm not spending my own dollars. Do better!
