The pack was well done. Smoke was smooth, no abnormal stained tasting. Mouth tips provided, coals provided were coconaras. Customer service was on point. 'T', Our guy that serviced us, was attentive to our coal management. He was very adamant to our enjoyment in the establishment. Kudos to T for our experience. Side note: we asked for playing cards, and he went out of his way to provide cards to us, (they didn't have any). Not only was the table dirty, but there were droplets of some mysterious red liquid all over the floor (legit looked like blood) and the seats were sticky. We stayed to at least try the hookah. The waitress gave us a recommendation and we waited almost 15 mins for it to come out. Hookah burned extremely quickly and had little to no flavor. Yeah the hookah is cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. The waitress didn't check on us once or offer to change our coals. We decided to leave within 30 minutes of sitting down. The check came out with a random $3 "service fee" tacked onto the check - for what, terrible customer service??? The price of two glasses of wine and water is too much outside of happy hour. Service: 3/10 When we came in a poetry night was going on which was really cool. When our server came she brought the bottled water and the glass of wine. We tasted the wine and it didn't taste as high quality as we wanted. So we decided not to order anymore as we assumed that the rest of the items in the menu wouldn't be as good as we expected. Then the person that was hosting the night just said as because they were doing a poetry night that we as customers should support and order from the menu, which makes sense.
