The place was busy with the line out the door. Once I made it inside, the line went a bit faster with multiple employees taking orders at the counter. I ordered a cookies and cream croffle. The cookies and cream croffle was a mixture of a croissant and waffle with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and Oreo-like cookies dumped on top. It was really good and very sweet! The only con is that it would have a lot better if the croffle part was warmed up. You can easily take your treats to-go. My friend and I sat outside the bakery at one of the tables and chairs to enjoy our food.

A good balance of espresso coffee flavor and not overly sweet. It was creamy and cold. It may be homemade. The cookie was not good. More hard and crunchy than soft and pliable. I understand there is a "fine" balance when making cookies for sandwiches. Slightly hard and crunchy so it doesn't break too much but pliable enough to sink your teeth into the dough and ice cream.
