I would be cranky haha, but everyone we've encountered is so nice and seems like they genuinely enjoy working there. This package does not include an interior cleaning, so it only takes about 7 minutes from start to finish if there's not a line. My son loves to watch out the window and see all the fun colorful lights as you go through the wash cycle. As you exit the tunnel, they quickly towel dry your car and send you off. If In fact people are using drugs and blasting music at 2 am then you should call police because there are numerous signs that speak to loitering and loud music on property. It's cheaper than most drive thru car washes and if you sign up for their text messages they send you a free $25 car wash. They also do promos often. If I cared more about my car I'd sign up for their unlimited plan, it's only $20/month which is a great deal! I'd say I go about once every few months, it's always fast, never too busy and their vacuums actually have powerful suction. Last time I went the guy was so friendly, he waved to me as I left! So I decided to come to ABF, dropping the vehicle off at their indoor shop in Edgewood. Their team was super professional and quoted a time of 2-3 hours. Dropped off at 9 and it was ready by 12:30. I can say I am so impressed with the results. I can see blue speckles in my truck I've literally never seen before! The attention to detail was excellent. They did my wheel wells very nice and the whole truck had an amazing shine like I've never seen. Once again I commend ABF for being so responsive and easy to work with. They send the bill by email at the end and you're all set to go! I will be coming back in the next year for another service!
