I had been seeking out a certain patio deck set for my rooftop deck that was supposed to be in stock in all of the Rona's. With more than one in quantity. NONE were available. However, not only were none available but the staff would look it up and say they were, but not, but be like don't worry we will get more in this week. Each store I travelled to it was the same issue. Multiple in stock to no avail. When we arrived at the service desk in the south end, Marcello not only provided great service but went above and beyond and took a lot of time and work out of his day to get me the unit I was looking for and have it lifted from a top shelf and pallet into my truck. Not only should he be rewarded for great service but he should get a raise! Thank you, Southside Rona.

Prices are fair compared to the big box stores. Plus, the person behind the counter usually has a clue what you need, even if you don't. I order online to pick up most often to save time for them (and me). Know if you show up before closing they will do their darndest to help, but if you can... don't be "that person" - give them a chance to go home on time. Last visit I needed a tub faucet handle because the set-screw stripped out. Sucks but... bad design isn't their fault. They had a nice genuine manufacturer part in stock and ready for me. I didn't know that there isn't any warehouse staff to pick online orders on Saturdays, but the counter staff had seen the order come in and knew to get it for me. AMAZING! Can recommend and will be back
