Hours are incorrect on Yelp. We stopped at this location today to find they closed at 9pm, not 10pm.

I pay a mo. contract with Robs/Service Experts who have not been able to repair since problem started 3/23. I wanted to determine whether to pay $1K for control board or get new for $6K with warranty etc. Tech as reaso he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable and so far so good with the fix, that senior techs at Service Experts could not properly repair. Good value and am happy it is still working steady without me having to physically reset the furnace randomly otherwise. To compare a new unit with repairing the current furnace, WMakers, David the salesman arrived onsite to quote H20 tank and new furnace. I He was obese and had a hard time moving and using stairs in my house as it's 1951 and 800 SF. He said he needed to 'measure windows' for heat efficiency and the furnace parts as I went to do the stack of dishes in the upstairs kitchen. He said he could do so outside instead of in the basement because I have storage boxes, etc. at the windows on the inside, but then he remained downstairs for another hour. I heard a crash at some point during this duration but he didn't call out and I didn't want to embarrass him by going back downstairs, as such . He said nothing when he then met me at the back door entry to say he'd email my quote for both appliances. I forgot to ask about the crash by then. Next AM I am again downstairs to do some laundry and noticed a huge crack on top edge of my washing machine, situated next to the furnace. That either his body or his bag caused the impact is certain. I phoned the office and eventually spoke to Chad who denies David caused this blatant crack. I did comment on how effective the repair by Mike is and that he is a great tech based on my three temporary fix experiences thus far with this furnace issue. Mike used the basement floor for his kit bag so I know it didn't come from the tech visit. Washer had no issues or outside damage before. Chad went on to say David 'forgot to include' moving existing ducts to 'exterior' building l as required by City permits dept. He said they'd 'have to come out again and estimate is approx another $1000. No other furnace/H20 firm mentioned this as necessary and I spoke to the City permits dept myself the next day who confirm this as pure BS and that NO such requirement exists or has at ANY time. Zero credibility. That they readily overcharge unsuspecting consumers for duct work that is NOT required or did so purposely in this situation to deter my business and their making good the damage caused, is not surprising yet very disturbing.
