Jenna McKenzie - Just Ask Jenna!

If a zero rating was an option, Jenna McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie, Ashley Spinks and McKenzie Real…read moreEstate of NC located at 103 Worth Street, Asheboro NC 27203 would get nothing since they did absolutely nothing but prevent the marketing, promoting, or selling of my property in the exhausting 30 days before I terminated the Listing Agreement with them for reasons of Fundamental Breach of Contract, unprofessionalism, lack of knowledge of Real Estate Transactions, failure to adhere to the Code of Ethics and Standards of the NCREC, breach of client confidentuality, misrepresentation and fraudulent identification and failure to upload the property's listing on MLS of the Triad until 14 days after the initial date the Selling Agreement. Jenna Hill McKenzie, Brandon McKenzie and Ashley Spinks made a series of several very serious mistakes while being under contract with me for those 30 days. I shared specifics in order to provide a basis in which Ashley Spinks could gain a vast knowledge base of how to maintain your client base and build customer relations. I explained that my purpose has always been to empower women and my purpose in sharing this directives with Ashley Spinks was to assist her going forward to make sure that she can gain successful employment in the future. But instead they decided to do the opposite. A "Protected Buyers List" they attached to form with the corrected date listed personal cell phone numbers of unauthorized potential buyers. that they claimed McKenzie Real Estate had procured for me. Supposedly the master minds behind this decision thought that by adding names that were procured by McKenzie Real Estate (since there were actually NO prospective buyers procured by them at all) might somehow make the agency appear to have actually been acting on my behalf in trying to sell my property they never even showed once in those 30 days. So how in world did the McKenzie Real Estate Agency recieve a Potential Buyer from Facebook for a property that was never advertised facebook. They denied having any contact at all with the McKenzie Agency. In fact these people are livid. I procured my own buyer. Someone who had never met or talked to anyone from the McKenzie Real Estate Agency. Just before Christmas Brandon McKenzie called me on my cell and introduced himself as Brandon with Coldwell Bankers. He threatened me with legal action on behalf of the McKenzie Real Estate Agency for the $7000.00 in commission that he claimed I owed them or I would come across as a shady person (?). After I laughingly explained to Mr. Brandon with Coldwell Bankers that I know who he was. He then insulted his own intelligence by admitting that he was in fact Brandon McKenzie and he was the OWNER of McKenzie Real Estate. According to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission Brandon McKenzie has never worked with or been affliated with Coldwell Bankers. Neither Ashley Spinks, Jenna McKenzie, nor did Brandon "Coldwell Bankers" McKenzie ever pretend to care about the sale of my property. McKenzie Real Estate did not show my property once in 30 days! Every aspect of the 30 day short relationship before I asked for a termination of this ridiculous Real Estate Contract Agreement was an Epic Fail. The Sell Listing Agreement done on 09/20/19 had an expiration date of 04/11/19 which was dated 5 months prior to the entry date. It should have read 04/11/20. In the email that Ashley Spinks sent to me stated: Once you have signed these documents, our agreement will be terminated. Meaning that I had to first sign the new Sell Listing Agreement the Termination Form. Attached to her email was a List of protective buyers provided to the seller. Protected Buyers provided to the Seller means that McKenzie Real Estate procuted these prospective buyers to me. When a person is listed on a Protected Buyer's list a written authorization should be obtained! If a Realtor discloses someone's name and personal cell number or the fraudulent use of someone's identity, is incomprehensible. As well as will result in multiple ramifications. McKenzie Real Estate can be found on Facebook displaying all of their exciting daily adventures, Proms, Jenna's being crowned Prom Queen, my agent's video of office desk dance moves, fashion show costume outings, building houses dressed as Outlaws, Jenna's Look At Me live videos. like the one where she's twirling around in a broken office chair, posing and Parading not working. Almost every hour of every day you can go on Jenna McKenzie, Ashley Spinks, or Brandon McKenzie's Facebooks and you can see for yourself that this has been proven to show their major focus has always been on their desire to emulate a "Selling Sunset" Persona. In which they are a couple of stellettos short!

Having worked in real estate for years with McKenzie Properties, Jenna's reputation precedes her,…read moreso we were happy to hear that she's branching out, taking on more clients and listings. She is extremely considerate, and really listened to our needs. She quickly found the perfect space for our small business. Most impressive was how easy she is to get in touch with. She responded to our texts and phone calls almost immediately! We would recommend her services to anyone in this area, she is the best!

I've known Justin by working with him through my business for the past 8 years, which has put me in direct contact with hundreds of Realtors throughout the years. My husband and I met with him in April 2025 to talk about listing and officially hired him to sell our house that June. Even in a tough market with plenty of competition in our own development, he gave us the honest, data-driven advice we needed to set a realistic price. His marketing was excellent and showcased the house perfectly without being overdone--which is something I appreciate. It got people out to see the property, even in our rural area. We were honestly prepared for the long haul, but his strategy worked and we had a full price offer in under a week. Justin's sense for the market is incredible and he is easily one of the best in the business. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him or bring any of his Premier Agents Network team's expertise in to help guide your next move.

Ryan helped me find and buy an amazing house, sight unseen, from across the country (my first…read morehouse!). He was helpful, knowledgeable, and appropriately skeptical as we were picking houses to bid on. He knew how to structure offers that were reasonable but strong, given our situation. He guided us through negotiations around inspections and shoring up loose legal ends, and he even helped us with a raw land opportunity that popped up halfway through our purchase. I'd absolutely work with Ryan again, but it went so well I have no reason to for quite some time.

Ryan is awesome! I highly recommend hiring him to be your real estate agent. When my husband and I…read morewere first looking to move to the area I did a quick search for real estate agents on Yelp, Ryan's paged looked great and since it said he responded to Yelp messages typically within an hour (because who wants to pick up a phone?!) I figured I would reach out to see if he had any last minute availability to show us to a few properties and he did. Although Ryan's office is based in Chapel Hill don't let that deter you, we were only looking in Raleigh. He knows all the ins and outs of the Raleigh neighborhoods and can get here quickly when you need him. We went under contract only two weeks after working with him. He uses Patrick with a local home inspection company to do the inspection and he did a thorough job. After the great inspection Ryan said the only thing left he could think of was a metal detector test of the property, since the house was older and there was a small chance of an underground oil tank. We did the test not thinking much of it and turns out there was an underground tank and it had extensively leaked. Ryan and his assistant Karen headed up making all the appointments and getting the right people out there to deal with the issue. Sadly the seller didn't want to really deal with the issue so away that contract went. Since Ryan knew what we were looking for was kind of niche he sent us a property here and there and we kept our eyes open as well. When a house popped up on the market on a Thursday night we text him if he could meet us there the next morning to take a look. He did and we feel in love. We put an offer in that day and started the process all over again. The second time around we worked with Karen a lot and she is great to work with as well. We successfully closed on this house and love where we ended up. An additional note since Ryan works in a group with a few other real estate agents if you need to see a house in a hurry and he isn't available, he will coordinate with someone in his office who is. Team work for the win!

His background as a contractor and engineer is a nice addition and brings valuable insights to the table. He gave us great advice about picking out a lot, with special attention to the location, orientation, and lighting. We're delighted with the way the house turned out! In addition to his expert real estate advice, Steve is a joy to work with. He has wonderful interpersonal skills and is an excellent communicator. He knows how to communicate a client's needs and did an excellent job of advocating on our behalf. Even though we were living out of state, he helped us keep track of the construction process. He was more than generous with his time and did everything possible to see the process through to completion. Steve Doyle came highly recommended through a trusted friend. We had high expectations going into the process, but he has far exceeded them. We have owned a total of six houses and have worked with excellent realtors in the past. However, Steve has been the best of the best. He has our highest respect and admiration.

The prospect of building a new home without being physically present during its construction made us a bit nervous, so we picked our realtor very carefully. We wanted our realtor to vigorously represent our interests while we were out of state as if he were buying the house himself. We could not be more pleased with our choice! It was obvious that Steve had a lot of experience. His depth of knowledge was very impressive and eased our concerns regarding new construction. Steve's attention to detail was second to none. More than once, we were able to avert a serious problem because Steve noticed it early on while it was easier to address it with the builder and have it fixed. It was during these times that we were grateful to have a realtor that not only had an eye for detail but also the experience to know what to look for. Steve was also invaluable in our dealings with the builder; he has great communication skills and always gave us great advice each time an issue arose during the build process. I highly recommend Steve Doyle to anyone who is looking for a realtor in the area. I'm just sad that I can't hire him to sell my house in Arizona. We worked so well together that it felt like I knew him much longer than I did. He was always quick to return my calls and seemed to legitimately care about getting his clients the best outcome possible. Thanks Steve!
