While the High roller ride was a 5 star, the payment processing was unpleasant. Regarding refund request 19737915 My wife and I were in Las Vegas and wanted to ride the High Roller feris wheel. We were required to use the Feverup online payment app. When we logged in to the UI, apparently I accidently added 1 general admission ticket. I continued and added my wife and I as seniors. When I completed the payment process, I told the High Roller staff of the error (paid for 3 seats, using 2 seats). Staff told me that I need to reach out to Feverup and ask for a refund on the unused ticket. I did reach out to Feverup and received the following reply (TLDR; " strictly non-refundable"). ------------------------------ Thanks for your message. The High Roller a great way to take a break from the heat in a air conditioned POD. Rates are cheaper during the day and more expensive at night for a 30 minute ride. This was actually my second time riding the High Roller at The LINQ Promenade and I've experienced it both during the daytime and at night. After doing both, I personally think the nighttime ride is much better. The ride lasts about 30 minutes inside a large glass cabin with 360 degree views of Las Vegas. The wheel moves very slowly and smoothly, so most of the time you barely even notice that you're moving. It gives you plenty of time to walk around, take photos, or just stand and enjoy the view. During the day you can see farther out toward the desert and the mountains, which is nice. But at night the whole Strip lights up, and that's when the experience really feels special. Seeing the skyline, the Sphere, and all the lights from above is pretty amazing. The cabins are spacious and there are seating areas if you want to sit and relax. It's also ADA accessible, which is great. If you want drinks, they do sell them before you board, although the prices are definitely on the Vegas side. They also check bags before entry, so outside drinks aren't allowed. One thing that felt a little strange was that guests enter and exit the cabin while it's still slowly moving. It moves very slowly, but stepping on while it's in motion felt a little sketchy at first. I did notice they stopped the wheel for some guests though. For reference, I booked through Vegas.com and paid about $85 total for three adult tickets after fees, which came out to around $28 per person. For a Vegas attraction with views like this, I thought the price was pretty reasonable. Overall, it's a fun and relaxing way to see the city from above. If it's your first time in Vegas, I'd definitely recommend doing it at least once , and try to go at night if you can. The city lights really make the experience. read more

We were offered free tickets as part of our conference to go on the wheel so we really enjoyed that it was free - I don't think I would have paid for it . It's around 20 minutes and you go over 500 feet in the air and it gives really good views of the hotel rooftops . I wish I could have seen more of the desert and mountains . We finally tried the High Roller when in Vegas this week and we loved it! I am very afraid of heights, so I was very leery to ride, but I actually want scared at all on the wheel! The pods are so large and stable that you just kind of feel like you're in a hotel room looking over Vegas. The ride is 30 minutes long and travels up 550 above Vegas! I'd highly recommend riding at night. The view of the Sphere is amazing. The High Roller is in a great area with so much to do and see both within the ride complex and walking up to it. If you are a Caesars players card holder, check to see if you have free or discounted tickets like we did. Also be sure to decide if you want the standard ride or the pod with an all you can drink bar. You can't go wrong either way. read more

If you are looking for some incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip I highly recommend a ride on The High Roller. It's decently priced and really does give some unique views. The pod we were in had about 12 people on it and it is a continuous ride that takes roughly 30 minutes to make its complete circle trip reaching 550 ft at its highest point. They also offer an all you can drink pod for a more premium price. We went at night and it wasn't too busy so the line went relatively quick. The high roller was one of my favorite attractions in Vegas for sure! I think it's well worth the costs and the photo for our memory (purchased one photo for $44). The view is beautiful and the ride up is super smooth. I only wish it lasted even longer than the 15-20 mins. Definitely recommend, loved it! We only had a half dozen people on our pod. It's a humongous Ferris Wheel with fully enclosed pods that you can walk around in to get 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip from 550 feet in the air. It's supposed to be the world's tallest observation wheel, certainly larger than the ones we've enjoyed in Montreal or London. The ride lasts 30-minutes for one full revolution of the wheel. We rode the wheel after dinner, and had great views of the Las Vegas Strip, the Bellagio Fountains and Caesars Palace. But to me, the greatest feature of the High Roller was the fantastic views of the ever-changing Sphere. Watching the Sphere morph from one design to another in a full palette of colors and imaginative animation is a mesmerizing experience! read more

I recently learned that The High Roller is the highest observation wheel in the US. You can get a 360 view of all of Las Vegas and from way up high. There are 2 options for carriages: one that offers you 30 min of happy hour drinks, and the other where you can just sit back and relax and view the world from 570 high. The happy hour ride per person is about $80, and without is about $40 The ride will last about 30 min tops. And if you come right before sunset, you'll get some amazing pictures. This wheel does go very high, if you're not one for heights, I'd opt out. Also, it can get rocky, especially if it's a windy night, or day, you will definitely feel it. We ended up getting free tickets to the high roller due to our Diamond Status at Caesar's. We printed our voucher at the kiosk. To picked them up we went to guest services near the high roller. The instructions were confusing so we asked the security guard and they were nice enough to help us out. I ended up getting the tickets and due to my status, I was able to get the tickets fast. The line can look long, but moves really quickly as we only waited 30 minutes. We waited 15 minutes to go to the security line . Then, you can buy drinks there or popcorn. You then wait on another line and you get get your picture taken and then you board. When, it is your time you just hop onto the ride and you are with around 14 other people I believe. The guests you can can vary, some can be drunk or rude. There are limited seats so half are either standing or the other half is sitting. The ride is indeed 30 minutes so make sure you go to the bathroom before boarding. Overall the ride experience is cool as you can see the strip and the sphere. It is an amazing experience. Now would I pay $50 dollars to do it, probably not as that is a cost of going to an amusement park. But it is a money grabber and people do love this ride. read more

The High Roller Wheel is a great attraction that you should experience at least once. I've been to Vegas many times but this gives a different view of the strip and surrounding areas, and the engineering was fascinating to me. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. Stopped by the bar for a slushy drink that was very reasonable priced and boarded all within a few minutes. There were about 8 people in our pod which allowed a lot of room to walk around, and thankfully it is air conditioned! I think it would also be great to go at night and see all of the glittery lights that make Vegas what it is. Tip: if you have a Caesar's rewards card, you can get buy one get one free on general admission tickets. Only thing is you will need to stop by a customer service desk to have them print the offer, then you need to use the Ticketmaster app to purchase the tickets. The look is 30 minutes long but if you paid extra for the bar, you only have time for 1 or maybe 2 drinks. You have to chug to get your money's worth. The wait can also be really long. We went on a Saturday night and it was a 2 hour wait. Luckily they let us come back the next day and we waited about 30 minutes.
