We rode the High Roller at night, and it was definitely a beautiful way to see the Las Vegas Strip all lit up. The views were impressive, and we were able to get some great pictures of the skyline and all the lights. The ride lasts about 30 minutes and moves very slowly, which makes it easy to enjoy the scenery. That said, once we'd taken our photos and looked around, there really wasn't much else to do for the remainder of the ride. One thing that really impressed me was how clean everything was. As soon as we stepped off our cabin, I watched an employee immediately board it to remove a drink that had been left behind before the next group got on. It was nice to see how quickly they cleaned between riders and paid attention to the little details. We were fortunate to receive complimentary tickets, which made it an easy decision to try. For us, though, it's probably a one-and-done attraction. We're glad we experienced it, but it's not something we'd feel the need to do again. If you've never done it before, it's worth it for the nighttime views alone.
I love doing this ride when I can Specifically the all you can drink high roller But man I went on a Tuesday night weeks ago and omg I waited forever for whatever reason they only seem to have just one cabin with the bar cart which didn't make sense because the line was super big for the high roller vs standard line But I'll say when we finally got on this time we had 45 min vs 30 because of the stops and slowness lol Good time either way you get off happy!

I also suggest visiting during sunset to see the Vegas sky transition from multi-colored to lit with the hotels. It's an expensive 30 minute photo-op, but definitely on the tourist to-do list.

But then like a seasoned carnival barker you sweet talk, you bargain, maybe even bribe... and next thing you know, you're both ridin' sky-high in what I like to call the bar car of bravery. And let me tell you once you're up there, drink in hand, city glowin' like a jackpot that just hit... buddy, it's a whole different tune. The Strip sparkles, the night feels alive, and suddenly your "bad idea" turns into the best decision you made all trip. Convenient too sittin' right by the Las Vegas Monorail, like it's just waitin' for you to wander over and take a spin. So don't fight it. Don't overthink it. You can walk the Strip all you want but you ain't really seen Vegas till you've ridden the wheel. Step right up... you can't not do it
The High Roller a great way to take a break from the heat in a air conditioned POD. Rates are cheaper during the day and more expensive at night for a 30 minute ride. You will have to go through security and a bag check for safety of all riders no biggie. Very well organized Adults $21 on Groupon a must try.
This was actually my second time riding the High Roller at The LINQ Promenade and I've experienced it both during the daytime and at night. After doing both, I personally think the nighttime ride is much better. The ride lasts about 30 minutes inside a large glass cabin with 360 degree views of Las Vegas. The wheel moves very slowly and smoothly, so most of the time you barely even notice that you're moving. It gives you plenty of time to walk around, take photos, or just stand and enjoy the view. During the day you can see farther out toward the desert and the mountains, which is nice. But at night the whole Strip lights up, and that's when the experience really feels special. Seeing the skyline, the Sphere, and all the lights from above is pretty amazing. The cabins are spacious and there are seating areas if you want to sit and relax. It's also ADA accessible, which is great. If you want drinks, they do sell them before you board, although the prices are definitely on the Vegas side. They also check bags before entry, so outside drinks aren't allowed. One thing that felt a little strange was that guests enter and exit the cabin while it's still slowly moving. It moves very slowly, but stepping on while it's in motion felt a little sketchy at first. I did notice they stopped the wheel for some guests though. For reference, I booked through Vegas.com and paid about $85 total for three adult tickets after fees, which came out to around $28 per person. For a Vegas attraction with views like this, I thought the price was pretty reasonable. Overall, it's a fun and relaxing way to see the city from above. If it's your first time in Vegas, I'd definitely recommend doing it at least once , and try to go at night if you can. The city lights really make the experience.

We finally tried the High Roller when in Vegas this week and we loved it! I am very afraid of heights, so I was very leery to ride, but I actually want scared at all on the wheel! The pods are so large and stable that you just kind of feel like you're in a hotel room looking over Vegas. The ride is 30 minutes long and travels up 550 above Vegas! I'd highly recommend riding at night. The view of the Sphere is amazing. The High Roller is in a great area with so much to do and see both within the ride complex and walking up to it. If you are a Caesars players card holder, check to see if you have free or discounted tickets like we did. Also be sure to decide if you want the standard ride or the pod with an all you can drink bar. You can't go wrong either way.
We were offered free tickets as part of our conference to go on the wheel so we really enjoyed that it was free - I don't think I would have paid for it . It's around 20 minutes and you go over 500 feet in the air and it gives really good views of the hotel rooftops . I wish I could have seen more of the desert and mountains . It's something to do once though:)
If you are looking for some incredible views of the Las Vegas Strip I highly recommend a ride on The High Roller. It's decently priced and really does give some unique views. The pod we were in had about 12 people on it and it is a continuous ride that takes roughly 30 minutes to make its complete circle trip reaching 550 ft at its highest point. They also offer an all you can drink pod for a more premium price. We went at night and it wasn't too busy so the line went relatively quick. I would like to do it again during the daytime or at sunset!
At 550 feet tall, this iconic wheel is the largest observation wheel in North America. It takes about 30 minutes to ride it, which includes one smooth steady and slow rotation. We did it because it was included in the Las Vegas City Pass. The views are great. There is also a video that plays that acts as your guide during the ride and provides interesting facts and history. The cabins are spacious and air-conditioned. I would recommend going at sunset or at night - I think the views look even better then.
The high roller was one of my favorite attractions in Vegas for sure! I think it's well worth the costs and the photo for our memory (purchased one photo for $44). The view is beautiful and the ride up is super smooth. I only wish it lasted even longer than the 15-20 mins. Definitely recommend, loved it! We only had a half dozen people on our pod. They do have a bar before you get on if you want to purchase but they let me bring my own drink on with me. There's a gift shop afterwards if interested.

As a tourist activity while visiting Las Vegas, a group of us went up to see the sites from the highroller. It honestly wasn't too expensive as compared to some other fair wheel type of view such as the Orlando eye or in Miami Biscayne - maybe about $20-$25 a person estimate. The spherical ball goes up very slowly and you're able to take pictures at the top with the view. There are some benches inside that you can stand or sit and talk with your peers. We did this during daytime, but probably seeing this at night time is a different experience as well. they do allow I believe one drink per person to go up with you and they also have some happy hour time marketed as well. read more
The High Roller is definitely one of those Vegas experiences you should do at least once! Regular admission is around $35, while the ticket with the unlimited bar is around $60. The entire loop takes about 30 minutes, so whether or not you think you'll get your money's worth from the unlimited drink package really depends on how quickly you drink. I'd definitely consider that before spending the extra money. We had a lot of fun, and I'm really glad we did it! You get some great views of Las Vegas, and it's just a fun experience. That being said, it's probably one of those things I'm happy I checked off my list but don't necessarily need to do again. Definitely check it out if you're in Vegas and want to add another classic Vegas experience to your list! read more

It's a humongous Ferris Wheel with fully enclosed pods that you can walk around in to get 360-degree views of the Las Vegas Strip from 550 feet in the air. It's supposed to be the world's tallest observation wheel, certainly larger than the ones we've enjoyed in Montreal or London. The ride lasts 30-minutes for one full revolution of the wheel. We rode the wheel after dinner, and had great views of the Las Vegas Strip, the Bellagio Fountains and Caesars Palace. But to me, the greatest feature of the High Roller was the fantastic views of the ever-changing Sphere. Watching the Sphere morph from one design to another in a full palette of colors and imaginative animation is a mesmerizing experience! read more
Been to Vegas many, many times but 1st time on The High Roller and had a great time! There are many ticket options and varying prices, but I opted for the happy half hour (30 min trip) which includes open bar for the duration of the ride. The views were amazing! And I felt very safe the entire time. Next time though I'll go at night to see the pretty Vegas skyline all lit up. 10/10 read more
They have lots of options for times you can ride. I thought it went faster and was more like a Ferris wheel. It was good to see LV from up above. The ride moved very slow so it was a bit boring. Overall after doing it once no need to ride again. read more
This is a really fun experience and you get gorgeous views of almost all of Vegas! It's about 30 mins long. It's a little chilly on the ride so bring a sweater. It's very slow- you can barely even tell that you're moving. Even if you're afraid of heights, this is a really fun activity and you will love it! read more

We got our tickets for free by becoming by getting Cesar reward card (which it's free to get at the flamingo) coming in they took 4 but we only got 2 because that's was $50 if wanted all 4 it would have been over $80. The view is pretty and the ride is pretty long, the audio is repetitive, and there are too many ads. I wish they would let you pick the music and that there was less adds on there maybe some photo probs. The ride is too long to just set there. read more

I recently learned that The High Roller is the highest observation wheel in the US. You can get a 360 view of all of Las Vegas and from way up high. There are 2 options for carriages: one that offers you 30 min of happy hour drinks, and the other where you can just sit back and relax and view the world from 570 high. The happy hour ride per person is about $80, and without is about $40 The ride will last about 30 min tops. And if you come right before sunset, you'll get some amazing pictures. This wheel does go very high, if you're not one for heights, I'd opt out. Also, it can get rocky, especially if it's a windy night, or day, you will definitely feel it. The night we went, it was a bit windy, I was a bit scared! But, what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas right? read more

My daughter insisted that we ride. This was nothing to write home about. Really a boring ride and expensive experience to me. The ride was slow and too long. You exploring the city from a high. We visited during a holiday season, therefore the price was higher than normal. It was not worth the price just to sit in a device for about 30 minutes. Best time to do this is during an off season unless you have money to waste. It is better to roam the city on foot than waste your money on this. read more
I am temporarily using a mobility scooter and the staff was very accommodating. They escorted our group through the elevator and arranged a short stop so I could load and exit safely. The experience was very nice. Great views - lots of room in the pod. It was very lovely. read more
Totally worth the experience! Especially since we paid for the one with a bar. The bartender was nice. I do wish they played better music. At one point is was just infomercials.. It was pretty cool to learn that it's the largest of its kind! Fit a great amount of people. We purchased popcorn before getting in line for it. The people at the concession stand took their time. The overall wait time in line wasn't bad at all. It was my first time doing it and I liked it. I would do it again if it was to show someone else the experience read more

What a cool experience! Took the monorail to the Linq station and walked to the High Roller. Purchased our tickets online. Easy to walk in through security to the waiting lounge. We got a popcorn and a margarita both were decent and helped us use up some time so we could time the ride up just right so we could see the sunset. Timing worked out good and we saw the valley in a beautiful light. Fun experience recommend doing it at least once. read more

Did you know the High Roller at The LINQ Promenade is the tallest observation wheel in the world? We absolutely loved taking in the glittering lights of the Strip and the glowing Sphere at night. But daytime rides have their own charm, you can see all the way out to the mountains and the stunning Red Rock Conservation Area. Each spacious pod is fully air conditioned, making the experience comfortable year round. You can sit, stand, or walk around freely to take in every angle. While each cabin can hold up to 40 guests, they usually load around 15-25 people, so the views never feel crowded. The only drawback is the mandatory wait in the photo line. You're not required to take their pictures, but you do have to wait for those who choose to, which can be a bit frustrating. Still, the High Roller is a genuinely fun, family-friendly experience and one I recommend doing at least once. The High Roller is at the pinnacle of The Linq Promenade. We have previously been at night and this time around we did the day trip with our kiddos. Both experiences are worth it and fun in different ways. Pro tip, do not pay full price for this attraction! We purchased tickets from an unofficial website. Tickets for this attraction are available on several different discount websites and the discount is a deep discount when compared to purchasing tickets from the kiosk. The High Roller is not just a regular Ferris wheel, it is a full experience. The views are unparalleled. read more

Great views of the Las Vegas Strip; we went at night and the lights were gorgeous...so was the Sphere! We did the happy half hour; though it went by fast and the drinks weren't strong at all, we enjoyed our time and the bartender was high energy (Mike) and took great pics of us!! read more
The High Roller Wheel is a great attraction that you should experience at least once. I've been to Vegas many times but this gives a different view of the strip and surrounding areas, and the engineering was fascinating to me. I went on a weekday afternoon and it was not crowded at all. Stopped by the bar for a slushy drink that was very reasonable priced and boarded all within a few minutes. There were about 8 people in our pod which allowed a lot of room to walk around, and thankfully it is air conditioned! I think it would also be great to go at night and see all of the glittery lights that make Vegas what it is. Tip: if you have a Caesar's rewards card, you can get buy one get one free on general admission tickets. Only thing is you will need to stop by a customer service desk to have them print the offer, then you need to use the Ticketmaster app to purchase the tickets. A pretty nice perk if you ask me. read more

Great experience! Viewing Las Vegas from over 580 feet in the sky. We went up just before sunset! The view was spectacular. It took a Troy's of 30 minutes to full circle. Will definitely do this again. read more
High Roller is indeed high. I was surprised how high it really got at the top. The globe observation pods are pretty cool for 360 panoramic views of the Las Vegas strip and surrounding areas. It takes 30 minutes for the full revolution, which seemed just about right. There are some benches inside if you get tired of standing. Unless you have a large group you will most likely be inside with other people you don't know. Seems great for families. Pro tip: look online for ticked deals there are plenty. We got ours for half the price the box office was charging for the same exact experience. read more
We ended up getting free tickets to the high roller due to our Diamond Status at Caesar's. We printed our voucher at the kiosk. To picked them up we went to guest services near the high roller. The instructions were confusing so we asked the security guard and they were nice enough to help us out. I ended up getting the tickets and due to my status, I was able to get the tickets fast. The line can look long, but moves really quickly as we only waited 30 minutes. We waited 15 minutes to go to the security line . Then, you can buy drinks there or popcorn. You then wait on another line and you get get your picture taken and then you board. When, it is your time you just hop onto the ride and you are with around 14 other people I believe. The guests you can can vary, some can be drunk or rude. There are limited seats so half are either standing or the other half is sitting. The ride is indeed 30 minutes so make sure you go to the bathroom before boarding. Overall the ride experience is cool as you can see the strip and the sphere. It is an amazing experience. Now would I pay $50 dollars to do it, probably not as that is a cost of going to an amusement park. But it is a money grabber and people do love this ride. read more

You may purchase an anytime ticket to go day or night however you will have to wait in line we went a little after 830 pm and there was a line when we were leaving close to 945 there was a huge line.

Capacity in a Happy Half Hour pod is 10, non Happy Half Hour pod is 20.
Do the private pod come with open bar?
We are working toward this to be available by May. For now, though, only 10 people are allowed in the open bar cabins.
Will the open bar be in service in april?
According to their website it will reopen beginning March 29.

Hi Luis. Happy Half Hour will actually start up again on March 22 and tickets are on sale now on Ticketmaster. The Sky Lounge, though, is open daily now. Hope to see you soon!
