I ended up choosing ham, cheese, and avocado. It came out hot and fresh and was the perfect quick brunch before we set off to check out the square.

Next we ordered a cold brew (also a good test of the quality of the coffee and diversity of the shop) and this was one of the better cold brews I have gotten at a small coffee shop. Alot of coffee shops struggle with cold brew but Red Light did a great job.
