Order Pick Up

Robo World was our family's favorite business we visited in Hot Springs! Our favorite parts were the Robots and the man who made them! He is also the owner and the person who checked us out. The games were entertaining, but not as entertaining as "Trish" who reminds me of an old aunt, fussing with snarky and clever humor. "Rob" delivers your "human sustenance" and announces your name, the best "pick up your order here" we've ever experienced. Lots of cool books as part of the Robo World Library. The coffee and ice cream were just right too! This is a must-visit.

Lots of fun, and good coffee! Eccentric coffee, and ice cream shop. The owner builds his, "helpers and waitstaff You are greated and served by fun robots, and a kind, fun generous owner. If you find a button, no matter what it says, TOUCH IT! The drinks, coffee and ice cream are worth the visit, the robots just make over the top!

Cute robot themed shop to poke around with some of the most shockingly good coffee given the silly theme. Would recommend stopping by to any visitor in Hot Springs

This place is new, unique and wonderful. The robots talk and interact with each other! There are a bunch of fun and themed displays, a game, and other toys. After staying for ten minutes I'd say the robots' dialogue by itself is enough to recommend a visit. What really completes the experience is that the food and drinks are surprisingly top notch. The iced latte was one of the best I've had in the last 4 states of road tripping, and the waffle ball one a stick thing covered with ice cream and delicious stuff...I've never had anything like it and I want another one. This feels like a friend group's art & science project turned into a business in the best way possible. Thank you Robo World!

Robo World is a cute, fun restaurant experience located in downtown Hot Springs! Even as a group of adults, we enjoyed the robot humor and novelty gifts for sale. My group and I visited Robo World around 4 p.m. We ordered a cinnamon frappuccino (non-espresso), hot chocolate, cappuccino, and A Waffle Treat, But Better (waffle, soft serve ice cream, whip cream). The drinks were nothing too special, but the waffle treat was yummy and perfect for three people! There are six robots inside of Robo World, most of them detect movement (it appeared this way at least). The first it one by the front door, who greets customers. A second, female robot will occasionally move around the restaurant on a taped out track. There are two robots suspended above and a robot that you can pay to play a game with. A "chefbot" calls out customer orders. However, you do place your orders and can purchase gifts within the store from a real person. There are board games available to play for free, which is a fun option! Along with the robots, board games, and food options, there are different novelty gifts available for purchase, from card games, planters, to wooden postcards. From my understanding, Robo World has an online store where these gifts can also be purchased. It was fun to walk around and look at these items as we waited for our order. Robo World is definitely a must stop if you have children! But if you're interested in a fun, unique experience (and don't have children), you should take some time to check it out too!

Desperate for coffee we wandered into RoboWorld for coffee and ended up with a fun RoboExperience with the Robots who actually y'all's delivered our drinks! The place is a lot of fun and very imaginative so we decided to stay and ended up buying some cool Knickknacks. The owner, Shane is great and obviously has a passionate for a unique experience! Good stuff!

I did not get coffee or ice cream, but seeing the robots is something everyone should experience if you're in Hot Springs.

We shopped at a lot of places and found a nice Sony KDL series at this location. Once the "Manager" stopped yelling at the other employee, he turned on a fake smile to help me. I say manager in quotes because I later found out he wasn't the manager. He introduced himself as the manager but no manager looks like a hippy straight out of the 60's and actually smells fresh of weed... the television I had my eye on was part of their sticker clearance sale for half off the asking price. I thought it was a good deal but I hesitated because the vibes from the fake manager were starting to make me very uncomfortable. Not only was he glancing at my breasts every turn of his head, he was also very mean to the other employee trying to help. As I was starting to leave, he yelled wait and reluctantly I did. He went over to the computer and lowered the price of the tv for the sale but by that time I really wanted to leave. After I got my bearings back, I decided to go back and purchase the tv a few days later if they had it available. I assume the actual manager was there when I went back because he seemed like he knew what he was doing. But he stopped midway through the transaction and accused me (or somebody else) of putting the half off sticker on the tv because it didn't match the sale item or something. I tried to explain the previous employee changed the price but he didn't believe me. I stormed out. I'm not going to shop here again. They let their employees treat others like crap and frankly they hire creeps. I didn't say anything till now because I keep finding myself bothered by the whole situation. Whoever is really in charge here, you have a lot of work to do, and I implore you to not hire hippies.
