I went here because like a lot of people I need to loose a few pounds..and I definitely did loose…read moreweight I have to say. The meal planning is pretty good, and the recipes are pretty tasty, although it is a VERY strict diet...so its really not for people who go out to resturants/other people's homes regularly/ or anyone who enjoys the occasional treat now and again (which is ME..so I found that quite hard to adjust to). The one thing that really was hard was the fact that they insist you come in there 3 to 4 times a week..which is hard for anyone to do, if your working or going to school or both. And they also really really really push all their vitamins and supplements, which is another minus. If I had actually bought all the supplements they kept recommending I would have spent around $300 a week on the supplements alone..not including the cost of being on the diet program. And in all honesty I found that I lost just as much weight when I skipped all their supplement and took 1 or 2 of my Costo kirkland brand multi-vitamins a day. The staff were a bit hit and miss..some were great and really supportive and didn't push all those supplement too hard. While others just didn't seem to care to much, and only took notice of you when they were trying to push product..that's where the 3 stars come in...I'd give 2 and a 1/2 if it was an option.

I've tried many programs before and when looking at prices, it was actually cheaper then some of the well known, quick fix diets out there. The supplements are truly amazing, they recommended I check out a comparison book at Chapters and it's amazing how so much money is spent on random vitamins that only have a .5-2 rating out of 5! They do absolutely nothing for you but U weightloss is a 5, with a gold start rating. They don't digest in the stomach like others, but are coated so they break down directly in the intestine where they get right to work. I received eating out guides, and on-the-go ideas which is perfect for busy lives It's easy lifestyle change that help you lose weight through wellness, I owe them everything for giving me a second chance to enjoy my life again!

I'm new to supplements and a lot of fitness stuff but he spent some time with me, found out what my goals were and recommended some things. And not just that but he explained what each of them did and how they work with my body. He even recommended some exercises (he is also a certified personal trainer). Ill definitely be going back to this store. Sometimes it's hard to know who to trust when you get into something new but I trust Xtremeline completely. I didn't feel like I was being "sold" on anything. I've been in to GNC and Popeyes and I felt like they looked down on me and, to make matters worse, they weren't knowledgeable about their products. If you are looking for supplements and nutritional products, this is the place to go. I live in South Edmonton and it is worth the drive to Sherwood Park - trust me! There's also t-shirts, toques, shakers, lifting gloves, lots of stuff. And make sure you sign up for the loyalty program. It saves you on every purchase and you get some AMAZING deals!

She checked in, and sat for almost an hour. Was never given a time estimate and didn't end up seeing a doctor, but we got to watch other patients come and go while we sat there ignored for the duration. We drove down the street to the Medi-Center (All Well Medical Clinic on the corner by Mill Woods Road) and were in and out in 10 min. It literally took less time for me to drive somewhere else, get the script, and come back to complain (shoppers is next door otherwise I wouldn't have bothered). When I went back to let them know about my experience I asked to speak to "the office manager or whoever is in charge so i could provide feedback". Of the two women behind the counter one could not tell me who was in charge as she had no idea and the other listened to me complain only to say nothing and give no justification for the wait. They could not explain why someone should be expected to wait for over an hour for what was easily a 2-minute written prescription, no consultation needed. Whoever runs this office needs a wake-up call. Unless you have some serious time to kill don't bother with this place. They don't value your time and you have better options nearby. Note: this is not my first time coming here but it will be my last. Each time we've come for prescriptions (puffers, birth control, etc) it's always an 60-90min wait. Yet somehow the All-Well Medical Clinic manages to get us in an out in under 15min, every. single. time. The difference between the two? Competency and Respect.
