I don't usually write reviews, but I *had* to after today. The vibe at this place was unreal! The staff were all super chill and made me feel right at home. Normally, when I go to other dispensaries, I feel like people are low-key judging me when I ask about different strains, but here? Total opposite!! Since Cannabis is legal now I wanted to check out a store and see what's going on. I was pleasantly surprised the workers are extremely knowledgeable and talked me through the type of experience I wanted. I explained how I hadn't smoked in years and at that I didn't do it often so she has the perfect bud for me. I also explained I can't roll so they gave me this amazing stick to smoke through and also some papers and rolling machine which was very in expensive as extras she showed me how to roll. The shop was well lite and had all the different options on display clearly and the strength and strain of each. I really enjoyed being in there I have yet to smoke it tho lol!! read more

I've only been here once and just quickly ran in without looking around as I knew what I wanted. Unlike Nova off Whyte there wasn't much information easily available (like on the walls) of what different strains did what. I honestly didn't see a sign of what they had in stock, but like I said I only ran in quickly. A cashier takes your order then gives you a number to wait to be called while other purchases are filled. Alternatively, a rep is available to help you decide what you want while you're online and then you just give your name to the cashier to pay (and still get a number to wait to be called). When there's only 4 people in the store, it seems like having multiple cashiers that fill the orders upon receipt would be a lot more time efficient. Additionally, if there was a line out the door, I would hate to see how cramped it would be with everyone waiting for their number to be called. All the staff here were well knowledgeable and friendly . They had a lot of varieties no more shortages !. The showcase had only about 15 stains but a catalog had well over 100 more that they had in the store . They were fast efficient. Place is clean and nicely arranged . read more

I buy a some product at this location and the jar came empty. I been to the store and ask for refund or exchange and they refused. They told me to call the provider directly which I did and the provider told me to go to the store and they will provide a refund. I call the manager and he said sorry I can't help you. Don't buy at this store, or double check the content of your package in front of the staff before you leave the store. read more

Matthew was super rude. Tried to tell me my ID was expired when it does not expire for another 6 months. Was very rude about it until another customer pointed out that it wasn't expired. Then proceeded to not help me. I left with nothing. read more

The experience was okay and picked one out. Bought my cannabis and checked it later. There was nothing inside the bottle even though the seal was new. Just a few pieces of leaves that amounted to nothing. I went back to the store and they told me just to call the supplier to check the lot number. Like they're going to help me with that. They'll probably just reference me back to the store. That was probably the worst customer service that I've ever had anywhere. read more
