I went here because like a lot of people I need to loose a few pounds..and I definitely did loose weight I have to say. The meal planning is pretty good, and the recipes are pretty tasty, although it is a VERY strict diet...so its really not for people who go out to resturants/other people's homes regularly/ or anyone who enjoys the occasional treat now and again (which is ME..so I found that quite hard to adjust to). The one thing that really was hard was the fact that they insist you come in there 3 to 4 times a week..which is hard for anyone to do, if your working or going to school or both. And they also really really really push all their vitamins and supplements, which is another minus. If I had actually bought all the supplements they kept recommending I would have spent around $300 a week on the supplements alone..not including the cost of being on the diet program. And in all honesty I found that I lost just as much weight when I skipped all their supplement and took 1 or 2 of my Costo kirkland brand multi-vitamins a day. The staff were a bit hit and miss..some were great and really supportive and didn't push all those supplement too hard. While others just didn't seem to care to much, and only took notice of you when they were trying to push product..that's where the 3 stars come in...I'd give 2 and a 1/2 if it was an option. read more

I love this program, I started only a few months ago and am down 45 lbs, Its a lifestyle that is so easy and taught me how to eat balanced, normal food, it's delicious!! I've tried many programs before and when looking at prices, it was actually cheaper then some of the well known, quick fix diets out there. U Weight Loss - 3 months and I was more then half way to my goal - Weight Loss Centers Near Me - St Albert, Alberta

A poorly run company that has had financial problems for years and years. They have gone from 60+ locations across the country down to 4. The St. Albert location was closed the end of November and the Edmonton location was closed the middle of September. They did a weekend move out of my location- leaving years and years of client files behind with no regard for preserving client confidentiality. The Privacy Commissioner ended up coming in and removing 46 boxes of client files. When they completed their weekend move, they owed me 3 months of rent plus they broke their lease. I wouldn't be surprised if they open up again under another name- especially since the same owner of Herbal Magic bought U-Weightloss. Herbal Magic has gone under and the 4 U-Weightloss locations are franchise owned. I would avoid this business at all costs and go elsewhere!! They are NOT a business of integrity. read more
