I was in need of a bite adjustment after having a crown recently placed. Hoping for the best, I decided to give this office a call to schedule an appointment. I wasn't sure what to expect, since I've had some unpleasant dental experiences with other practices over the years... Upon walking into the office, I felt very welcomed by Robin (the office receptionist.) The lobby was very cozy, and there was almost no wait time. One of the dental assistants brought me back to the exam room until Dr. Kneib could see me. The assistant was very kind and receptive to my concerns. I didn't feel the initial anxiety that I'd typically feel when going to a new dentist. The exam room was very comfortable, and all of the equipment was high tech. After a short five minutes of wait time in the exam chair, Dr. Kneib walked in. My bite adjustment procedure was thoroughly explained by using modern technology to ensure the most optimal results. I could tell that Dr. Kneib is truly passionate about what he does, which made me feel reassured x100. I never felt rushed once, and all of my questions were answered honestly, and not just 'answered around'. I actually felt valued here. The overall energy and dedication of this practice is wonderful. I wish I would have found this place a lot sooner. For anyone that is seeking high quality dental care, a very educated functional dentist who knows more than just general dentistry--I highly recommend coming here.

They insisted I get a denture more to the fit what they thought I should have instead of what I wanted. I have wore dentures for over 20 years. None of them wear dentures, but they just wouldn't listen to anything I had to say. I even moved out of state and came back for a fitting to make sure they would be correct. They sent me the dentures in a box and pretty much was like good luck the last I heard from them. I'm adding a photo. The denture on the left is what they wanted me to have. The one in the middle is the one that I wanted and this was stressed on my last visit. I have had issues with my bottom teeth due to the length of the upper denture. Lastly, the behavior from Dr. Kneib was sometimes unprofessional and rude. If you ask why I stayed was because I paid for my denture in full. And I felt like I really didn't have a choice. I see why they always have a sign that says taking new patients. Good luck! Resolution is I have found a new Dentist. Having to buy another denture.

Dr. Marsh is THE dentist to go to in Cleveland…read more His office is perfectly clean and when you enter you are welcomed by the kindest staff. I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by Amy. Amy had adorable pet photos in her room and told me all about her fur babies. Amy did such a thorough job with my teeth cleaning. She was so thoughtful to hand me chapstick to keep my lips moist throughout the cleaning. She gave a detailed explanation of what she was doing and told me of any teeth that needed extra attention or might need some repairs soon. Once she was completed with my cleaning Dr. Marsh checked her work. He is very kind and personable. One thing to note is that he is a perfectionist. He will often want to fix cosmetic related things with your teeth, and is honest if it is necessary dental work or just aesthetic. I got a groove in my tooth filled on based on his recommendation that not only will my tooth look nicer, but it will help the aggravation he was starting to see near my gum line. I will always go back to Dr. Marsh for my future teeth cleanings and dental work. There is simply no better dentist in the area.

I am writing this review to share my experience after receiving cosmetic dental bonding on multiple…read moreteeth at this practice. While the cosmetic bonding was meant to improve my smile, I am less happy with how it looks now than before. In my experience with one specific tooth, the material did not appear contoured flush to my tooth structure, leaving what felt like a noticeable overhanging margin. Because it did not feel properly sealed against the tooth, it created what felt like a constant trap for plaque and food, making it incredibly difficult to clean. Due to my concerns over potential gum irritation and the risk of decay under the material, I chose to visit a different dentist a few days later to have the bonding fixed and re-contoured. As shown in the attached photos, which I took just a few days after my initial appointment, the top of the bonding on this tooth was raised over my gum line and did not appear attached to my actual tooth structure. My photos demonstrate my experience clearly: I could easily slip dental floss directly behind the top front edge of the bonding because of this physical gap. Furthermore, the material feels excessively bulky in my mouth, and the final shapes of the teeth are aesthetically unappealing to me. I spent a significant amount of money here on cosmetic work. Ultimately, I am very unsatisfied and disappointed with these results. It is not only frustrating, but heartbreaking to invest so much money into a procedure only to feel unhappy with the outcome, and I truly wish I had gone elsewhere!

I have been going to this facility for over a decade. My dentist is Dr. J. Coliadis. I switched to…read morethis facility because after years with the previous provider (evolving into a multi-provider facility), I felt the "individual" attention AND care received had turned into more of a " how much $$ could be made" and " unpleasant chair side attitude", it was time to change. After MUCH searching and investigating for a new provider, I chose Ashtabula Dental and my first visit was with Dr. Coliadis. All I can say is this man is AMAZING ( including staff ) !!! The care received is exemplary , his chair side manner, exceptional. Everything was explained, from issue to plan(s) to pricing. This facility has several dentists/providers but my initial was with Dr. Coliadis, I have not had the privilege of meeting the remainder of the dental staff/doctors, but honestly not necessary, once you find the "pot of gold", NO NEED to look further. With HIS EPIC craftsmanship, pleasant demeanor, awesome staff ( at least all I have encountered over the past decade ), I have recommended NUMEROUS folks to at least consider this facility and of ALL that have, EVERY ONE of them is STILL using them. I specifically request Dr. Coliadis (and will wait until I can see him if necessary), this is not to say anything of the other providers as I am sure they are ALL of the same high quality as Dr. Coliadis. Please, please, do yourself justice and let them be your provider, you will be happy you did. THANK YOU Dr. Coliadis !!!! In my book, YOU ARE AWESOME !!! (fist bump)..... Thank You, God Bless, Dwayne H.

Dear Dr. Mattie Stowell, DDS, As a dentistry practitioner it…read moremight be understandable that there is a lot to learn within that profession. Not only pulling teeth, almost anyone can do that. I'm sure there are quite a few tricks to the dentistry trade; drilling and filling, fixing and patching, assembling crowns and bridges as well as implants, not to mention customer service and ability to listen & understand your customers concerns. I don't appreciate nor can I approve of your talent in the customer/patient service aera. The beautiful crown you so rudely damaged had been there since October 2006, protecting my collapsed number 30 for more than 16 years, without any problems. You didn't even have the decency to ask me if I have had any problems with it or whether I wanted it removed or keep it for another 10 - 15 years. You just went ahead without any consideration or respect for what the consequences might be. You might be ambitious, but your professionalism leaves a lot to be desired. I asked you several times to leave it alone. The crown in question was not broken so there was no reason at all for you to violate my request. What part of "don't fix it" didn't you understand? For the time being I'm negotiating with a professional dentist regarding replacing your mistake at #30 with an expensive implant. Concerning #4, I'm not so sure that it was necessary to just pull it out. A more competent dentist could probably have saved it. As it is now, I don't have any other choice but to replace it with another implant. I seriously consider that you should pay for the damage you have done. I suggest that you help me to finance the part not covered by my insurance. We are planning to split the implants into two claims where my insurance should assist with $2000.00 on each claim. After estimated discounts and grants, that would leave approximately $6000.00 to a compensation claim for damages. My friend, "I'll make them pay", or any of his colleagues might help with details we can agree on. Sincerely, Bo Ringstrand PS. Your web page at the URL below doesn't seem to work properly.
