My root canal was four months old because the previous dentist was unable to fit a crown which she had twice sent out to the lab to create the customized crown , but both times the crown could not fit right in my mouth . I was feeling pretty defeated as my recent root canal procedure was pricey and the tooth was literally getting reinfected since a temporary nor a permanent crown could be fitted . After the second time I realized I would have to seek out a different dentist . I chose Dr Solerno because of his office ability to create in-house crowns and felt this would make it easier for them to tweak one on! Boy was I right about my psychic impression !! I finally have a tooth after months of unable to have a fitted crown . I am grateful for the my tooth , though I was actually getting use to being somewhat of a hillbilly with a lower front tooth missing for months ! Even when I was stuck, she refused to reschedule and even though my appointment was pain in full in advance as she demanded. Dr. Hurst abandon patient care and scolds patients like children. (I'm a senior, respectful and responsible.) Unless someone enjoys finger wagging and paying all money in advance (she does not accept insurance) I would suggest finding a more compassionate professional who cares about clients safety and welfare as much as lining their own pockets. This dentist also lied, saying no one else cancelled when in fact the office staff said they did. Others were with me, listening.. as I was stuck in a snow storm, groveling to reschedule., practically in tears. Behind the smile, this dentist is a Bully.
