The initial meeting - we were immediately greeted at the door and someone was expecting us. We discussed the floor options, the ceremony, the casket, markers etc - all with the right temperament and sensitivity. Re the embalming - that was a very respectful experience. The overall ceremony was good and under the circumstances we were very happy with O'Connor and highly recommend their services.
