Most of the workers are not actual nurses, they are CNAs who have no idea what they are doing. Most were very rude or dismissive. My grandfather's leg was bleeding because he was on blood thinners and they gave him a tiny bandaid... another time he fell out of his chair and called the front from his cell phone multiple times and pressed the button. No one came. When she finally did she said she was in another wing, it was over 30 mins... There were also multiple patients there who ask for help and no one comes. I had to help a gentleman on our wing with his oxygen because it was twisted in his wheelchair. We also had asked for towels so we could bathe my grandfather and the CNA gave us full access to a room that holds the medicine and supplies, but no towels. I pray this place closes.

She was placed a Madison on Marsh .. what a poorly run and disgusting place. The staff does not care, the food was disgusting, and the level of neglect which occurs there is off the charts. A simple walk up and down the hallway will conjure screams of "please help me!!" from patients desperately seeking assistance. Ringing the call button does no good there. When we were able to get my mom discharged from this facility, we vowed to never return. It really should be under investigation by HHS. Stay away!

This cost her much pain and led her to cry and scream, which the staff dealt with in the most humane and compassionate manner. They spoke softly, encouragingly, and continue to let her know that they were doing the best they could to help her without causing her any pain. She is always clean, dressed and clean clothes, and in a good mood when I come to visit. The staff to patient ratio seems extremely high, and the executive director is very approachable. I would refer my other clients here in this part of DFW without thinking twice. What a wonderful secret.

It is clean and cheerfully decorated with comfortable rooms. Family members are welcome to stay with patients overnight, which was perfect in our situation. The staff, from administration to housekeeping, is friendly and caring. You can see everyone is happy to be here, and they provide the most compassionate care in everything they do. The physical and occupational therapists are so encouraging and patient. There are daily, FUN activities for the residents, and the participation is high. The atmosphere is a happy one! He had me set up for Fri. 9/13 but that assumed I was home. I was held in hospital for an extra nite, so he move the 1st appt to Mon, 9/16. A guy Cedric called on Sat the 14th and rescheduled for Tues 9/17. He showed up an hour late, no call, no reason...just late. He didn't really do anything, but set up the account. He, the company, could have received all the info from the surgeon...but no, he had to setvin our dining room and ask questions for over and hour. i.e. He asked, " Do you have an escape plan?" I asked, " Escape from what?" He said, "I dont know". He crawled thru every perscription I had.. details. When, why, how long,....about my meds. Nothing to do with rehab from knee replacement. He left after an hour or so, and said he would call back later with times for Wedn & Fri appts. Someone named Felix called back and set a time for Wed. Next day he arrived over 90 minutes late. No reason, explanation. He stayed 20 minutes, did what PT nurse in hospital had me do. Never measured ROM or flexion. Said he would call Thurs for Fri. appt time. Come 11:00 AM FRI, still no call, no messages, nothing. I called my surgeon told them to cancel, finally found a number for Amatus, called them and cancelled my service. Felix texted me at 6:30 Friday nite, saying he would come Saturday at 12:30. I responded that there was no need as I had cancelled the service. No follow up calls from ANYONE. Chris D., anyone claiming to be mgnt....no calls on why I cancelled. I have a follow up with my surgeon....and plan to crap down the Amatus neck. Misrepresentation, probably short staff, who knows if they are even licensed. If they call, hang up....they will rip you off. Despicable to think people /companies do this.

Virtually NO rehabbing occurred - facilities' quack Dr said she vars ready to go to same day insurance benefits ran out. Trying to get her ready for discharge, they caused two wounds to her leg and dislocated her hip sending her back to the emergency room then, subsequently back in their for a 20 day $5k stay where NO rehab continued, when we left they reported us to Adult Protective Services saying the did not think she was going to be cared for at home. These people are lying fraudsters - don't go there!

I can sit without pain now. They taught me how to function again. The incredible amount of work they put into me was extraordinary. I had been going to physical therapists for about 15 years previously. When I would go to these therapists, I would only be treated for the pain that I was feeling. They would treat a very narrow symptom. Neuroreaction approached my body as a whole. REACT tracked my pain to its source. Then they taught me how to correct the problem. Part of the way that they did this was through correcting my posture and with exercise. Absolutely wonderful. I thoroughly and completely recommend this crew in every way possible.
