Our dog has never gotten sick or anything like that and looked great on pick up. He is not the easiest dog to work with, but they do a great job at taking care of him. Even when calling in from time to time to check on him, they never sound bothered and give great updates. Ok, so we hung around the area for another hour and when we arrived at 1pm, they said they had an emergency and had run out of shampoo, so it would be another hour and a half! At this point we had had enough and took the dog home, still needing a bath. When we arrived home, we gave him some water and he drank and drank and drank some more, making us wonder if he had access to water at all for the 4 hours he was waiting for a bath.
