While we don't do it often, we've boarded our dog here for a week +/- a few days a few times over the past couple years. Our dog has never gotten sick or anything like that and looked great on pick up. He is not the easiest dog to work with, but they do a great job at taking care of him. Even when calling in from time to time to check on him, they never sound bothered and give great updates. They don't treat them as just animals that are being boarded and they seem to truly understand the significance that dogs hold to their owners. read more

My dog seemed to adjust well to the dog day care. He came home with a prominent bruise on his head. When I inquired about the reason for the injury, the staff made me feel like I was somehow in the wrong for questioning my dog's injury. They seemed worried about potential legal liability. They failed either in person or by email follow up to express concern that my dog was injured during their care. read more

Brought my dog for obedience class. Walked out on the 2nd day when we observed the lead trainer force a scared and growling dog thru a dog tunnel. Ignoring the pleas of her assistant who said "I'm not comfortable with this dog as she just nipped me and is clearly scared". Very unprofessional and this incident was borderline animal and worker cruelty. Not to mention instructions on how to train your dog were confusing, impersonal and largely redundant. Avoid this place and this trainer. read more

We brought our puppy to this facility for basic obedience training. We only attended 2 classes - we walked out of the last class due to being so uncomfortable with the handling of a customers dog. The dog was clearly terrified , started biting at the worker. There were at least 3 comments of protest against forcing the dog to do the command, but the instructor insisted and forced her worker and the dog owner to carry through. Overall the class was extremely disorganized. The experience was borderline traumatic. Will never ever return. read more

I am very happy with Complete Canine. During the beginning of the COVID crisis, they were there to help with my dog, who desparately need her nails trimmed. Started bringing my dogs there recently and after a couple of days they became TERRIFIED of the place. Shaking when we pulled in, whimpering and refusing to get out the car, etc. After talking with friends, I learned that there has been multiple police reports filed about the way they poorly treat the dogs. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PET HERE. It endangers huskies' health to shave them - without the UV protective qualities of the guard hairs, they become very prone to skin cancer; without the double coat intact, they cannot regularte their body heat properly which can lead to heat strokes, or freezing. Connie shaved my husky's legs, neck, and pit areas without my consent, and after I explicitly said "NO shaving for any reason." Despicable. No woman who is so uneducated about specific health needs of various breeds should be trusted with your animal. read more

For my boarding, this place is perfect for my dog. She's elderly and gets kennel cough despite vaccine whenever she is in a boarding facility that puts dogs together. She is not so continent, so she likes and needs to walk outside whenever she feels like it or she pees inside. This place offers perfect space for her- her own dog run with a door she can go in and out of whenever she wants! She is happy to arrive and not sick when I pick her up! So I'm very happy with this kennel. read more

I have been a customer here since our last daycare injured our dog and then told us it was his fault. Needless to say we were very guarded when we first came here. Now I wish we had been coming to complete canine all along. Not only does our dog love it here, but he loves everyone who works here. They don't just board your dog for the day, they get to know your dog, help him to grow, mature and learn. This place is run more like a human daycare than a doggy daycare. I have never once had any concerns about my dogs safety or happiness when he is with them. When he boards with them we come back to very happy and healthy dog. read more

We left our 5 month old yellow lab for the weekend. When we picked up our puppy they were very nice but didn't follow our directions, we left medication for our dog and told them how much and when to give the meds but we found out that they gave our dog double the dose he was supposed to get. Not pleased with that, considering that the directions were on the side of the box. They are also only open for pick up from 3:30 to 4pm on Sunday. read more

We bring our golden retriever here about 4x a year for grooming. It's always easy to book an appointment. We drop her off in the morning around 8am and most of the time pick her back up at 5. She is a new pup head to toe! We appreciate not having to wait weeks to get in for an appointment and the ease of service. read more

I took my pup here for the first time and didn't have the best experience. First, when I dropped her off I was assured they would find her a play mate and that I could call to see how she was doing. I called a few hours after dropping her off and left a message and didn't get a call back. When I arrived later to pick her up, I asked how she did and if she made any friends and they told me they didn't let her meet any dogs today and didn't give a reason. My dog is very friendly and sociable too. When we went for a walk after leaving the place my pup immediately went #1 & #2 a LOT like she'd been cooped up all day so I suspect they didn't let her out of the individual cage at all. And she still had bounds of energy so I had to take her for a long walk anyway so I'd say this day care wasn't worth it. read more

I've boarded my dog Jack there several times when I had to travel for work or couldn't take him with me on a trip, and had the BEST experience there. Bridget and the other girls took very good care of him and gave me updates on his days, the other pups he made friends with during daycare, and what he ate! It put me totally at ease. You can tell they really care about dogs, and the prices are incredibly reasonable to other dog boarding places in the area. read more

She is an older woman that uses a walker & sits in a chair for the class. I requested a refund and was turned down. The trainer was also 20 minutes late to the one & only class I attended. I have to be honest I did not even bring my dog here for grooming but I tried to book an appointment. It was like I was in the twilight zone. Never has it ever been so difficult or strange to book an appointment. I was told (I did not even ask) not to even ask about pricing because each groomer has their own scale, then I asked if my nervous dog could go first and I was told he could not answer that but I could talk to the groomer. Then when I asked to talk to the groomer and I was told if I then choose to cancel my appointment I could never Pre-book again? Then when I said I do not understand the man told me his company was not a good fit for me. It was so strange. I was begging for an appointment even though I did not know cost and they where turning me down. I was really taken back and said a lot of wows... then I agreed they where not a fit for me. I haven't boarded here yet but I have heard lots of positive reviews from friends. I did do their level 1 training class with Karen and really loved it. She was extremely knowledgeable and gave each pup in the class special attention. We got a homework packet of things to work on every week which really helped me stay on track with training. She also provided an individual assessment and training tips based on the type and temperament of your dog. If you missed a class you could make them up on different days or weeks and it was relatively priced! read more

We drop our dog Sadie off for daycare 3 days a week, and she loves it. They always put her out with dogs her own size, and she plays all day. She usually ends up passing out in the car on the way home. We've also boarded her there several times, and we've never had any problems. They wash her bed if it gets messy, and they call us if there are any concerns. We love this place. read more

I recently needed to board my two senior dogs and a new puppy for full days, five days a week. I found this an emotional task and looked at several places as well as asking friends for recommendations. Complete Canine was recommended by both my veterinarian and Iron Dog Boarding Kennel, where I board them when I go away. I work an hour from home and Iron Dog Boarding Kennel (which I HIGHLY recommend) was too far in the opposite direction. I visited Complete Canine and they gave me a tour, explaining what day care looks like. Before the puppy arrived the two senior dogs (9 and 12) started going. I was worried that they wouldn't get outside much or that they would be traumatized by the other dogs. I was thrilled to discover the folks at CC noticed their anxiety and introduced them slowly to other dogs and only let them out with dogs they got along with. After the puppy started going I was again worried that she was inside a lot and asked how much they go out. I was again thrilled to see that in each of the kennels there is a door to the outside, left open for them to come and go as they please! I also drop off early, before any of the "sitters" arrives. We have our own kennel marked for us and they put blankets, water, and toys for the baby in there! They love going, are never stressed when I pick them up, and the staff could not be nicer. The location is conviently located on my way to work which is a bonus as I would have driven out of my way for quality day care (just like I would for my human children!), so if there were more stars I would give them.
