From the moment we walked through the door we noted how clean and professional and calming and welcoming the space was. We were given a private, comfortable room while we waited. Dr Kelly was extremely thorough in describing the procedure, taking the time to answer all of our questions in a compassionate and truly patient-centered way. He was clearly passionate about the work and incredibly knowledgeable. We were treated with respect and he was open and honest about his recommendations and projected outcomes. The technicians were also caring and went the extra mile to make Daphne (and us) feel comfortable. I received a call with updates from the doctor himself as soon as the surgery was completed, and then another extensive conversation when we returned to pick her up to ensure we understood everything with her discharge and what to expect in the coming days and months. It was clear Dr Kelly and his team are the best of the best when it comes to this type of ortho procedure and we would 10/10 recommend Stonecliff to anyone needing this type of care. We travelled 2.5 hours to get there and it was well worth the trip to know she was in good hands and to reduce the fears we had going into it. We had some other errands to do in the area, (20 miles from our home) so we said we'd be back around noon. Ok, so we hung around the area for another hour and when we arrived at 1pm, they said they had an emergency and had run out of shampoo, so it would be another hour and a half! At this point we had had enough and took the dog home, still needing a bath. When we arrived home, we gave him some water and he drank and drank and drank some more, making us wonder if he had access to water at all for the 4 hours he was waiting for a bath.
