When I pulled up a lady with an iPad, came to take my order and asked me what I wanted. I didn't know what I wanted because I couldn't see a menu. This was my first time. So she started trying to tell me what they had and I really wanted to look at the menu in the drive-through before I made a decision, but I didn't get that opportunity. She didn't even have anything to hand me to review what was on the menu. So I asked her to just make me some sort of latte and I landed on a banana bread. The taste was just OK. It didn't blow me away and I didn't try it and think dang this is delicious. It was literally mediocre. This is a Starbucks located in the Kroger in Winchester right at the exit. The only one of each in…read moretown so you can't get lost. There is not a drive thru here so you have to get out of your car and walk inside. The workers are always nice and friendly. They have a few tables for sitting if you wish to hang out. I don't often go to Starbucks. I prefer to go to a local coffee place, but sometimes you just need some juice. Most of the coffee shops in town close early and on Sundays. This place is at least open. This week they started serving cold brew. I love cold brew. It is a lot less bitter.
