Delicious shakes- always fast and friendly! Shop is clean and cute. I would recommend getting a shake here!

There are some good things a bout this and some bad. Let me start off by saying the pistachio shake is tasty, if you want, like or need protein shakes. The bad: * the shake come from a powdered shake mix. That wasn't really clear from the website or reviews. However, if you are a protein shake person, this isn't really an issue. * the macros are not listed. This is not good. I need to know specifically how many net carbs are in this. (At the very least the base shake macros should be put up on the site. We can look up 1/4 c. Strawberries. ) People who do Keto or low carb lifestyles NEED this information. This shake has roughly 13 carbs. Which can be quite a bit if this is a snack. * size options seem to be 24oz! Whoa! That is huge!! I would struggle with 12 oz shake. There are kid sizes, but no clue on the size *sticker shock. This shake was 8 and some change! I didn't see a price listed. I also didn't see one for the kids shakes. The good: * the shake was tasty. * there are a huge list of flavors combinations-brownie batter, birthday cake, choco-banana, strawberry pineapple... the list goes on. * this is better for you and your kids than fast food restaurants Overall, I would like to see the changes of the macros/nutritional information posted. I would also like to see smaller sizes. I know a number of people that had bariatric Surgery and would love this, but would not be able to drink 24oz, but could benefit from tasty protein shakes. With a few small tweaks, this place could be hopping with Keto people, gym nuts, parents who don't want to feed their kid a boat load of sugar and all those people who had gastric surgery. The good.. wonderful customer service. The bad... HERBALIFE PRODUCTS. If we had not asked about the sugar content of the products we never would have known the base of all of the products are non-FDA approved Herbalife protein and tea supplements. Our issue with that is this: there was not any warning that we would be putting these products in our bodies. The worker (that was beyond wonderful) did not even warn us of what products (Herbalife) were in the shakes and teas. After researching the controversial history of this multi-level marketing brand and the multiple adverseside effects of ingesting these unregulated supplements... Will NOT be returning or paying into the Herbalife MLM. read more

Great customer service, and pricing was as expected. 25g of protein and only 250 calories is a pretty decent nutritional value for a yummy treat. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is because I've had better protein shakes before, so I was a little disappointed in the flavor. The blended ice makes it taste a little watered down. I'm not sure how to avoid that but I've had them before at other places where that didn't seem like the case. I'll still go there again if I am in the area but I'll try more of the flavors. For protein meal-based smoothies I thought they had a really nice variety of flavors and it was pretty tasty. Went for Yelp Elite Experience & was immediately greeted by a super nice male staff/owner. He seemed eager to serve me even before the notice that I was a Yelp Elite (major cool points)! I really love the ambiance, not a large space bit effective for major purchase for patrons. Super clean and chic! I tried the Almond Pistachio and got my husband the Butter Pecan. I tried both and was very pleased with flavors. I also loved that he put real nuts in shake, I liked the added texture. We spent the time while he was making shakes taking about the spot and area. He provides background and even his concern about parking. I arrived after 1:30p so I had not issues pulling in front of place. Overall, I'll come again when I'm in the area. I think in warmer months this place will be packed. I really enjoy the convenience & nutritional focus. My goal is to increase protein in my diet and I'm very busy, so this is a high need right now. Another good protein shake place, close to UK campus! Huge amount of flavors and every drink is under 250 calories with a good amount of protein. Pro tip the coffee based flavors have cold brew in them instead of water to give you a lil caffeine boost. I wasn't sure about the strawberry and coffee combo in the strawberry Frappuccino shake but gave it a shot and it was great! Loved the fruit chunks and being able to skip my afternoon coffee run. This place is super cute and has a loyalty card if you anticipate being a frequent flyer. Street parking is available and they have a few free parking spots in the back. Super friendly staff and a speedy place to get a healthier dessert alternative or a meal replacement! read more

We rolled into Shake it this afternoon. We were pleasantly welcomed and quickly offered an in depth explanation of their menu which included customer favorites. I got the Elvis chocolate shake and my wife got the oatmeal raisin shake. Both shakes were phenomenal. The Elvis had just the right amount of chocolate and the banana put it over the top. We also had a taste of their Metabolism tea which was really good. I will definitely go back to Shake it. If you have never tried it I would suggest you give it a try. read more

I have been wanting to try this nutrition shake place for a while now and when I saw on their instagram that for every pink shake in the month of October they were going to donate money to the Lexington Cancer Foundation I knew it was time. I ordered the white chocolate strawberry which was delicious and tasted exactly as described. I was the only one in the cute little cafe at the time and had my order in no time. I love the accent wall and the staff was super friendly. I had my shake as lunch and it was filling till dinner. My total with tip ended up being 9 dollars. Wow. I am super impressed. I am on a weight loss journey and was really hungry, needed something fast and wanted something sweet. It needed to be healthy. So i came across shake it menu and realized all their shakes were only 250 calories. I was already mind blown by that then i looked at the menu and all the flavors looked delicious, not to mention 25 grams of protein! So i decided to go. Upon arrival, i talked to the owner who was SO nice and encouraging. The lady who made my shake was super super nice and welcoming. The shake tasted literally as close to a milkshake ever. It was delicious AND i was SO full after!!!! I even feel like i have more energy. I will be back (probably everyday if i could afford to lol). Please try this place yall. What an amazing find! Who knew low calorie bliss could be all packaged up as a protein smoothie. So far I've had the brownie batter and almond pistachio and the only time I put down my shake was when it was finished. They taste way more indulgent like an ice cream shake but I'm so thrilled to find an alternative with way less sugar and carbs! Cute shop and they will deliver curbside. read more
