(At the very least the base shake macros should be put up on the site. We can look up 1/4 c. Strawberries. ) People who do Keto or low carb lifestyles NEED this information. This shake has roughly 13 carbs. Which can be quite a bit if this is a snack. * size options seem to be 24oz! Whoa! That is huge!! I would struggle with 12 oz shake.
