Under her program and supervision, I lost 45 lbs in 40 days. The results speak for themselves. I can truly say that she is not in this line of work for the money, as she genuinely cares about her patients. She's a compassionate and caring woman who wants nothing but the best for everyone. I highly recommend her services to everybody.  I am very grateful for her support, and guidance. If you decide to see her and use her program, don't expect her to go easy on you. She will keep you in check! But the results will speak for themselves.

My issue is this place has a pharmacy attached, multiple Dr's onsite and does medical procedures, yet all three receptionsists were unmasked and one didn't even have the plexi screen in front of their station. They also have sour attidudes, I would never mention how theres been an indoor PHO mask mandate for a month already so I honestly don't know why the desk dragons are so grumpy. Also, Iv's are given in the back next to the vault and an older woman who worked there kept wandering around unmasked talking to staff and clients like me. Unsafe practises in a pandemic thats nearly two years old, medical and medical adjacesent folks should know better. Never again!

The First Lady was awful. She talked too much and came off condescending. I asked her to ease up on the pressure and she didn't listen. I was sore and couldn't turn my neck the next day, never went back to her after that. I decided to try another RMT and he was okay. He had good music but talked too much. Finally a spot with Javier opened up so I took it. I knew there was something special about him since his schedule was always booked up in advance. Javier is probably one of the best RMT I've ever had. He knows the body very well and is very professional. One of the most relaxing massages, I got up and felt awake and rejuvenated. The next day, I felt really good and less tight and stiff. I have since booked my next sessions in the upcoming months with him. Been recommending him to everyone including my bf. Even the receptionist at the front said he's one of their best and I 100% agree.

Re: recent (Sept/25) appointment with specialist physician at Medical Day Care - Hematology…read moreClinic, within the Royal Columbian Hospital. My appointment with this clinic and doctor, was a first time experience, and required that I check into the hospital's 'Registration' on the main floor before proceding to the Medical Day Care Clinic. A first time appointment procedure to provide personal and medical information, and acquire a completed registration form to take to Medical Day Care and doctor's office for check in. After the form was completed I was able to go down to Medical Day Care - Hematology, located on the basement level of the hospital, and submit the form to attending office staff. And then waited along with others, in the hall's adjoining waiting area outside the office, for my appointment time with the doctor. The Physician, Dr Vicky Chan (Hematologist), conducted a very interesting, and highly-interactive discussion with me of the reports she had received from my family doctor, and medical lab. Many questions regarding the nature of the diagnosed medical condition were asked, and answered. I left her office with a medical lab requisition to acquire further, and more extensive blood analyses -- just in case previous tests had missed any factors involved in the blood condition as shown. A big thank you to Dr Chan for her caring personal approach and help. And thanks to all other staff for their friendly, and efficient services - every step along the way was handled so smoothly.

No place for me to sit, I was standing for 3-1/2 hours and since the chairs at the end of the hall were empty I thought I would sit for a few minutes.... I was immediately told that these chairs were for patients only ... totally not a place to bring a loved one if you need to stay with them while they are in emergency!
