The bad side is the hours are 8:30 am to 1:30 pm than they take a break until 4 pm until 7:15 pm, but it never bothered me as I am a morning gym person.

Not only has he gained greater skills and understanding of tactics, the overall mentality he brings to the game is much stronger. Coach David has been a wonderful mentor on and off the field and he genuinely cares about the kids he coaches. We highly recommend him to anyone looking to strengthen their game!

My 10 year-old daughter has really loved her training sessions with Coach David the past 5 months…read more After playing her first season of club soccer she wanted to continue to elevate her game and get in some 1:1 training. Coach David came highly recommended by her club coach and we've been very impressed by him. He has helped her improve her shooting and technical skills as well as coached her through the mental side of the game. What really sets Coach David apart is that he truly takes the time to get to know each player and find out what makes them tick both on and off the field. He came to several of my daughter's club games to see her in action which really helped build trust and foster a stronger relationship. When I asked my daughter (unprompted) what she liked about Coach David, this is what she said: "I like the way he talks to me... the conversations we have really help. He is really encouraging" Coach David is definitely worth the investment in your child's mental & technical game!

Both my son and daughter have had a great experience with DMCV Sharks three years in a row!…read moreToday, I felt inclined to write a review because my 5 year old daughter, who is just learning the game of soccer playing in the Junior Cup on Sundays, had a great practice and scrimmage with Coach Fabio. He was exceptional with the girls. He was perfectly tough on them and engaging. He took brief moments to teach them about the game without losing their interest. Even my daughter said that she had the best time. I look forward to seeing how both my kids continue to improve their game with DMCV Sharks led seasons!

This review may end up sounding like a case of sour grapes written by a disgruntled parent.... and…read morethat interpretation wouldn't be far from the truth. However, my negativity isn't for the usual reasons: it's not about playtime, wins, nor field positions. Instead, I'm angry at MYSELF for being naive and loyal to a hodgepodge of snake-oil salesmen and buffoons. My daughter squandered far too many years at the woefully misnomered "Sharks". DMCV is a small-time club with the perpetual dream of competing with the big boys in town and utterly failing in their attempts. Unsurprising, as success is next to impossible when an organization has absentee leadership, disorganized management, and abysmal coaching. And by placing shockingly under-qualified teams in a league like ECNL, the club's only recent accomplishment has been to embarrass themselves and crush the confidence of players. Soooo - if you long for a club with inept staffing, zero player development and deflated athletes, then you've found the perfect fit with DMCV!!!

A little disappointed at this event. It didnt cater much to our culture. It seemed more like a park event. Ive been to a few Cultural Festival and i have experienced and learned about the chamorro culture, vietnamese, mexican, chinese culture etc. Versus this event -- they didnt have the filipino flags, parole, halo-halo, filipino songs, games, bamboo, Big Spoon or Fork LOL. They had a lot of cool performances that was fun. They had a huge stage and should of had a game show like on TFC or WOWOWEE. My friend and i plan to have the halo halo stand next year to feel more like home. They had a good amount of food choices from other places. there was only one station serving pancit and loompya. Manila Sunset, seafood city or tita's kitchenette should have been there as sponsor to support or sell their food. I hope next year it will be better. I look forward to the National City one.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SCHOOL!…read more My wife tried to sign up my son for a soccer class but it would not let her due to the crappy website. When I tried to sign up it signed my son up for an August camp instead of the June class I had selected. The owner Jen then tells us we cannot switch and charges us a mandatory $50 cancelation fee. There is something really scammy going on here. How can you sign us up for an August camp in the middle of my sons school day then not let us switch to something that we are actually available for? If you look at the website there are entire unhinged paragraphs about charging $50 fees, which apparently gives the owner the right to scam you out of $50. When you talk to her on the phone she is also incredibly hostile and rude. Please save yourself the headache of getting scammed and choose another soccer school, there are plenty of other options out there

I also liked that there's plenty of room for running/getting between baselines and the benches. Also loved that they used benches instead of bleachers. NO MORE PAINFUL clawing under bleachers/peoples' feets for smashed balls that rolled underneath.
