Andrew Larris and DJ John Carmichael elevated the event to levels that I was unaware a wedding could reach. There was not one person sitting at the party when dance music was playing. Everyone was dancing and having an amazing time and they did it without cheesy props or annoying gimmicks. The 01 handled everything from lighting to a photo booth all while maintaining this classy atmosphere of fun and excitement. By the end of the reception, there was not a dry eye in the house. The 01 Music is responsible for taking a magical day and making it something even more amazing. Music selection was perfect for the crowd. Andrew and John seem to really enjoy what they do and it shows in their work. Andrew provides MC where he is literally dancing and singing into a mic on the dance floor all night with everyone, keeping the hype insanely high. People absolutely flocked to him. Just when you thought you were to tired to keep dancing and wanted a break, he would play another song you just couldn't resist staying for. More than once I saw groups of people run screaming to the dance floor to sing their hearts out and dance when a certain song came on. They made our night perfect. I had several guests get their contact info at the wedding, I would recommend to ANYONE looking for the best DJ around to make their wedding or event the night of their lives. He was so sweet and very helpful. My now husband and I are huge procrastinators so we appreciated Maurice's expertise and ability to make it all come together with minimal help and input from us. He sent us a spread sheet to fill out and met with us over the phone to discuss expectations and vision and we basically threw some ideas at him and he made them happen. Everyone raved about how much fun the wedding was and how great the music was. He provided all the equipment and even the mic for our pastor. My husband made some last minute changes to the announcements and did a little performance all on the day of the wedding (at the wedding) and Maurice made it seamlessly happen. There were things I thought of after we talked on the phone that I wanted to tell him before the wedding that i never got the chance to and he did it all anyway without me even asking. He played every song we requested and made it even better! perfection!

It was a small wedding, but he kept people on the dance floor. We had a lot of musically-inclined guests - musicians, musical theater actors, band members, the daughter of a wedding DJ - and everyone adored Kelton and particularly noted his seamless transitions between songs. We gave him playlists with way too many options, but he chose all the best ones to get a good mix of genres and styles. He also brought a photobooth that was a huge hit and provided beautiful uplighting to warm up the space. 100% recommend him!

We decided to go with Posh Life DJ collective after one of the DJs (Limin) was recommended by my…read morewedding planner as he's bilingual in English/Mandarin. This was really important to me as my side of the family is predominately mandarin-speaking and we wanted them to understand announcements. It was a great experience from the start. Brian was able to hop on a call and let us know the process immediately. I felt their services were reasonably priced and you're able to pay in installments which definitely helped with budgeting. They're always reachable by email and you can add services later on without issue. They use a special app called Vibo that allows you to add all the specific songs you want for certain parts of the day (ceremony, reception, cocktail hour, etc). It's even detailed and customizable down to adding in specific comments on how to play certain songs. About 2 weeks before our big day Limin our DJ had a very in-depth call with us to review the playlist and discuss how we wanted certain things done. On our wedding day Limin was fantastic and definitely delivered! He made all the announcements needed and helped guide guests to where they needed to be. He provided microphones for speeches and uplighting for the dance floor. Limin came a few hours beforehand to set up and stayed after for takedown. I'm overall very happy with Posh Life DJ collective and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family getting married in the area!

We had numerous guests tell us that they just couldn't get off the dance floor because the music was THAT good!
