I've driven past here a few times, and it always looked nice, so thought it was finally time to give it a try. I'm glad I did. It's beautiful and spacious inside and nice and bright. We were greeted promptly and given our menus right away. They have a good selection here. As with most cafes, you can order off an all day breakfast menu, or choose from a few other dishes. I must say, if you don't order a breakfast dish, there's maybe not the biggest selection in town, but between the salads, burger, poké bowls, you can find something.
My two companions each got the Wagyu burger which they each loved and said was really good, and each thought their coffee was good. I ordered the French Toast which was delicious and had a nice twist to it (with the honeycomb and chocolate masccarpone) and we thought all of the dishes were well priced. The orders came out in reasonable time, and everything was presented really well.
They don't usually take reservations for groups of less than eight, but they did so for us today. I'm glad they did as it started to get busy. And just before you go to pay the bill, remember to check out the pastry case. It's got some incredible looking things in there, and if I diet really well for a while before my next visit, I'll treat myself to one of their delicious baked goods. read more
