Such a hassle. Then she complained about me using my card because "she gets charged a fee" yeah, cost of doing business. Last time I went. I got my haircut and when I went to pay(with card, since tap is such a pain in the ass) I'm told cash only. I look around and there isn't a single sign that states that. She then gestures at the ATM for me to go over and pull out cash. And I respond to her. I don't want to use the ATM because then I get charged a fee which is why I want to use my card. And she just kinda looks at me and says yeah well I don't wanna get charged either. So now you're just passing on the cost of business to your customers. Honestly pretty unprofessional and annoying. There isn't a single sign that says cash only. She's ready to retire. Don't recommend. Vibe sucks I've had other issues too. I've gotten my kids haircut here twice. The third time I called and asked if it was a good time. She said come in 1 hour. I said okay. 1 hour was almost up. I got my son and I ready. Got him in his wagon and walked over there. I get in. You go to a Barber for a hair cut not a shampoo, scalp massage, and a blow-dry job. Don't go to her if you are snooty and from a rich urban area and have spoiled children. Of course, you would give her 1 star or less-- it's you not her--- it's you. Go back to the expensive hair salon where you will be satisfied because you paid $60 to get your little boy's hair cut. She is a down-to-earth grassroots barber who cuts hair at the most reasonable price around and does a great job.

The service was fantastic, and the representative I worked with was amazing. They set up an appointment for the next day and ensured that when I brought my brother in, he was quickly seen before any behavioral issues due to his mental capabilities could arise. However, when I called back to the same location to get another appointment, the manager told me she was unwilling to set the appointment. Furthermore, she stated that they could only accommodate him on a first-come, first-served basis. This lack of service and care for people is very disturbing. I do not believe this is how you want your company to be represented, and I will be sharing my story with anyone who will listen.
