Randy and a crew of two other guys came out and did a fantastic job. Randy even took a look at a brief plumbing issue with me when one of my outside spigots didn't work, and another gentleman helpfully informed me that one of my gutters wasn't pitched properly, allowing water to pool and not drain properly (I was able to call my gutter installers and have them rectify it). Finally, I appreciate that they do work in the city. I understand why some people don't, but we still need house maintenance in the city, and it's awesome when fantastic metro Detroit companies are willing to do work here. Y'all are helping Detroit bounce back. To summarize: A-OK is the last gutter cleaning company you'll ever need to call, because they're the best.

We had two homes lined up for service, but they only brought enough mulch for one and complained that driving back for more was too far -- not exactly our problem after we paid for the full job. We also paid for spring cleanup, but the work was rushed and sloppy, with many areas completely overlooked. When we followed up, they refused to come back and finish the job, saying their crews were now working elsewhere. To make matters worse, communication was terrible -- emails went unanswered, and there was no effort to make things right. Would not recommend.
