He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. We have light grey concrete pavers that were installed about two years ago, and the surrounding eucalyptus trees have been relentless -- the seeds and leaves constantly fall and leave dark stains that are nearly impossible to get out. We hired another company a year ago to clean and seal and it was a mediocre experience at best. They also permanently damaged some of our pavers, which was beyond frustrating. Michael and his team were a completely different experience from start to finish. They treated the stained areas individually before pressure washing the entire surface. After the first wash, they noticed new stains had already fallen from the trees and without hesitation offered to clean everything a second time - which took an entire additional day of work. They then covered the pavers with tarps and plastic to protect them during the drying process, installed new high quality sand, and applied two coats of high quality sealer. We went with the natural look and they came out absolutely beautiful. Unlike the previous company's work, you can actually see and feel the protection on the surface. A few days later, Michael and his son came back on their own to help us move all the heavy furniture and items back into place. Nobody asked them to. They just showed up and did it. I fix and flip properties, so I work with contractors constantly. Michael and his team are among the best I have ever worked with - honest, great communicators, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, then went beyond it. I picked up a rental van on a Friday evening and parked it on my driveway around 5pm, woke up the next morning to a text from my neighbor that my rental van has an oil leak. I rushed out and saw that my driveway was filled with oil drippings and quickly moved it into the street. I was suppose to leave early that morning on my trip, however, I now needed to exchange the van for one that didn't leak oil. I got the new van and was on my way to my trip, however, still needed to get the oil stain out especially with the heat wave. Michael was very responsive and came out within an hour, he explained the whole procedure and was so professionally and amazing to work with. He explained that over time, the stain will lighten. He removed as much as possible and said that my concrete driveway is very porous so it will leave a shadow. I was happy with his work and professionalism and definitely would recommend him to family and friends.
