Decor and ambience is nice, and in my experience it trends not to attract the rowdier end of the curry demographic. Very modestly priced, too; these guys could quite reasonably charge a fair bit more than they do.

The food was fantastic, which, when I learn that the chef has been voted Exeter curry chef of the year is no surprise. In the end, they informed us they would send someone out immediately to collect our order and replace. 20 minutes later, our "replacement" was once again delivered - this time, only containing rice and chips, so we called again. The member of staff was again rude, denied sending us cold food and constantly talking and shouting over us, refusing to send out anything else. After requesting to speak to a manager, we were treated to a hugely unpleasant conversation, constantly talking over us on the phone, shouting and the excuse being "it's a Saturday night, I don't care that your food is cold, I'm busy." I completely appreciate it is a Saturday night, and the time for the order isn't the issue. The issue here is the extreme lack of customer service, the refusal to believe their own customers that the food they received was cold, which resulted in us having to wait two and a half hours for a dinner which could have been very easily resolved in the first place.
