I was told they would be online for buy by end of day on Monday. Check every day that week and called and they still weren't for sale online by Friday. I asked "why can't I just go in and buy the mags" and they said that's not how it works you have to wait for them to go online. As far as I l know they never listed the mags they probably just sold them in store to someone else. Never met a store that didn't want to sell something.

They look it up and give you a number. For me, it was 80% of what the firearm was going used for online. So I should've been able to sell it there for $525, but they told me $425. 3) If you tell them you want to cosign, they look up the serial, look up the price, and you do not like the price and tell them you're not interested, then they charge you $10 for "doing the research". I hope Nashua's Granite State range is still a good place for cosignment. I haven't gone there yet. It was such a great option at Shooter's. Myself and a bunch of my friends had cosigned multiple firearms through them in the last couple of years. It used to be a great experience.

Most staff are not motivated and don't want to move off their backsides. (The unmotiviated, overweight guys who could stand in for the Oompa Loompas in Willie Wonka remake...) There are two fellows that are top notch. One of those people (Joe) had since left as of the last time I was there. I have not seen him lately. The other thin, young fellow with glasses was and is enthusiastic, switched on, and wants to sell you what you were looking for. This fellow is a salesman of the first order. I hope management is paying attention! Selection: Selection is good for the retail footprint that they have, but they are not doing anyone favors with their prices. They mostly cater to the black rifle and tupperweare pistol crowd. Having said that, I have bought several items there and the prices were not terrible for what I bought. I used to enjoy going there. Lately, is a matter of routine when I make the rounds. Value: You can do better at other mom and pop shops in the area that don't have the size shop that these people do. Ammo tends to be medium to high and in price. They sometimes have unique calibers, but still you are paying retail or above dollar for most things. Example: Henry .22 U.S. Survival Rifle there was $525.00. At area big box stores, they have them for $269.00! Not my type of item, but this is an example of what you will pay. In their defense, they sometimes have good prices on bulk target ammo sales, such as 12 and 20 Ga. Sporting Clay loads. I have included four ways they can improve the customer experience: 4 Tips to Better Cater to Your Customers ( Credited From Customer Think:) 1. Identify Their Priorities I'll bet most people have a core reason for choosing one business over another. ... 2. Minimize Service Delays The simpler route is usually going to get the most traction. ... 3.
