Horse and buggy ride (extra cost) - it was nice to sit up top and be carted around by a horse. Kids loved it. Train ride - lots of fun. Especially enjoyed the "hold up". Restaurants - believe it or not their food was good. They also serve alcohol which is nice for the parents. Haunted Jail - go inside and have them tell you the story. It's creepy and interesting (kids were freaked out...ha). Cons Some of the shows are long and can be longer than a kids attention span. Prices are high. Should have purchased them online prior although I found out after the fact. Make a day out of it! Enjoy!

Was here to see a performance of "It's a Wonderful Life" last Saturday night…read more Cute little theater tucked away in the middle of nowhere. I mean NOWHERE! Without GPS I'm certain I wouldn't have made it out of that wooded area alive. It's off a highway or main road but once you turn off, it's like you've completely left all civilization. Just tons of creepy trees and dark, poorly maintained roads. The one to the theater leads right into a body of water so drive slowly! Other than difficulty finding it, the show itself was what you would expect for $20 theater tickets. Low budget sound effects and costumes but still overall a good, entertaining show filled with Christmas spirit. The theater was a bit cold but during intermission they were selling tea, coffee and hot chocolate for $2 along with candy and soda. They were also selling photo albums for $1 to help raise money for a new roof. If you're in the area, I'd recommend catching a show and supporting local performing arts.

What is great about New Deal Orchestra is that they play everything from Swing, Big Band, to Rock and Pop music of today. This is definitely a first class act and I definitely reccommend them to anyone looking to fulfill thier music venue for a wedding, special occassion or corporate event. Robbie Scott showed me some very impressive pictures of himself playing for President Regan, President Clinton, with Tony Bennett, Carrie Underwood. GOD came highly recommended by many of the friends we made locally, and I am so grateful to all of them. My child has flourished in this studio; Miss Beth, Miss Alyssa, and the other teachers love the students like their own children, and I have always felt welcomed as part of their dance family. Miss Patti in the office is fantastic, as well, and we love seeing Mimi! My child has learned so much about teamwork from Miss Beth, and the support and mentoring provided by the older dancers has been an inspiration to us.
