Matt Iamundo and his group did a tremendous job on both large projects. For one, when Matt says he will be at the job at a given time he shows up on time. When he leaves he doesn't leave a mess. In fact, on the first day of our bathroom demo I thought he didn't show up until I walked into what was the former shell of our bathroom! He gets the job done in the agreed upon timeframe and in many cases he is ahead of schedule! He cleans up after the job and he's mindful that while work is being done, you still need a house to call home and things aren't left in disarray or full of dust and debris. His craftsmanship is superb and he does a terrific job pulling a project together. He is willing to make changes you request and will make recommendations as they relate to layout of tiling and the like. While I'm sorry to say we've likely run out of projects for Matt, I have recommended him to several friends who have been equally happy with his work who have in turn recommended him to others. I highly recommend Bayshore Remodeling and feel that anyone that uses this company will find they have a positive experience.

These folks did a bathroom renovation for me and in all candor the results were far beyond what I…read morehad expected. Firstly and most important to me is that these people are honest and their quote for the work was very reasonable and the result was excellent. After getting two other quotes from other contractors and vetting the other two contractors, one of which was on Angie's List and he was clearly the worst as he had a criminal record for taking customers deposits and then not doing the work quoted which made me wonder if Angie's List does any research on the contractors they represent, it doesn't seem so. In any case I had a half bath that needed a complete renovation and thankfully they said they really didn't need to gut the sheet rock which saved a lot of money and time. The end result was incredible and the job made my half bath look like it had just been built from scratch, quite a feat given the bath was about 20 years old. I would highly recommend these people to do anything when it comes to kitchen, bath remodeling as well as outdoor decking. They showed me pictures of their work before I agreed to use them. All in all my experience was very positive and professional and I plan on having them do additional work for me. Generally speaking I am very suspect of all contractors as that industry suffers from a poor reputation because many of them say they can do whatever you want done as long as they get your money and then it's too late so my recommendation is genuine. This is a family business that's been around for some time and they deliver what they say they will which works for me and in this segment of the industry these people are honest and they know their business which is everything.

We were impressed at first, being we purchased one of the first premier new homes by Hilliard in the Highlands on Bay Ave. However, if you are a buyer of any new Hilliard construction home, beware. No customer service. We have had a work list for over a year of concerns and promised would be address, we have been ignored. The owner "I am always around town" is never to be seen now, just his workers whom are very good and nice guys. Hilliard will promise you the moon and show concern, once monies pass hands seems done deal. Hilliard has had many land use issues in Highlands NJ. Before the bottom fell out, we referred Hilliard to friends for a new home purchase which the friends did purchase. They had to back out of deal because of non compliance of land use requirement, months later. They were virtual homeless for months. Hilliard showed no urgency to resolve which made us look foolish. Now we have to deal with our issues on our own as well as having an AC unit parallel to our patio deck. Very disappointed and quite bothered. We paid a "high price" for the house with no mortgage. Lesson: hold onto your escrow account till all is done to your satisfaction before releasing.

He scheduled you in, arrived everyday at 8, 1hr lunch, left at 4. Before he left everything that could be cleaned up was done leaving it neat. He was always courteous and stuck with the job until it was done, not like other contractors who start a job and come back when they feel like it. No swearing, no loud heavy metal music. We were so pleased with his work I hired him back several times for other projects. I found him eager to please if perhaps the stain on woodwork needed tweaking, just a wonderful personality to work with, also prices were very reasonable.

The damages that were to be repaired were to our roof, which had allowed water into the ceiling of our porch and was causing the porch to leak, they were also to repair leak and damage to our interior walls on our second floor. Keith Rossi Construction, LLC. claimed that the repairs done would keep from any type of water build up in our porch ceiling because they were addressing the following reasons: repairing a point entrance where water came in near our gutter, correcting incorrect step flashing on our dormer, as well as, laying down ice and water shields underneath our new shingles which would keep water or ice backing up due to the slope of our roof. Keith Rossi, Construction, LLC. also replaced any damaged plywood and replaced all shingles going to the top of our dormer on both sides of our roof. Since the repair had been done not only has water began to build up and leak from the ceiling of our porch, but the leak has now backed up and began to leak inside our home as well. We have called Keith Rossi Construction, LLC. multiple time in the last two years about the problem not being fixed. At first he came out and replace more shingles on our roof, but it still leaked. Then he came out and guaranteed that a sealant he would use along our dormer would stop the water coming in to our porch and in our house but it still leaked. Finally he told us that we would have to pay more money to truly get it fixed. I have continued to try to get him to correct the original problem his work was guaranteed to fix. Keith Rossi Construction, LLC. since has stopped returning our phone calls while our roof still leaks. There is no reason in my estimation for a brand new roof to continue to leak and even back up and cause more damage than the original issue unless it was not properly done.
